Summer Owens is a member of the owners family so that review should not have weight put in it.
Me, I recommend Carolina Roof and Restoration....CR&R. I would do background check on David William Duncan before contracting him out. CR&R is a company that can truly be trusted and will fulfill their obligations. Loyalty goes a very long way and the owner of CR&R will stand behind their word to the very end.
