Todd is very professional, and has the resources to get your project completed in a timely manner without sacrificing quality of workmanship. The crews that he uses are very easy to talk to, and they clean up after themselves. I have been very pleased with the 12x12 addition to my home, and the follow up by Todd to make sure I was happy with his services. I will use renovation works for future services.

Todd found a way to creatively use part of my deck for a sunroom/office space. Todd and his team went above and beyond on our bathroom remodel. They provided quality service and excellent workmanship. They ran into a few unexpected issue which they did a fantastic job of finding cost effective solutions for. They all were a pleasure to work with.

Installed staircase to second floor adding a bedroom, bonus room,
and full bathroom. All electric completed including ceiling fans,
air and heating. Todd Payne was easy to work with. He was
professional and explained building requirements and the finished
project met our complete applause. He worked in several other
homes in The Westridge Forest community as well.

We were very pleased with Todd and his crew. We needed new siding on our house, soffits, facia, gutters and paint. They showed up on time, were very professional and courteous, kept us informed on what they were doing, removed all debris and finished in a timely manner. We will definitely be calling Todd again.

Todd (Renovation Works) and his team did it again. They delivered a quality innovative remodel to my dated kitchen. New cabinets were installed, hardwood flooring extended into the kitchen seamlessly, and ceramic tile backsplash was added all of this bringing my dysfunctional kitchen into the modern era. When a project is started Todd follows through on getting it completed in a timely manner. Todd's dedication to customer satisfaction is always over the top. Renovation works just completes a screened outdoor room for us on the back of house. Todd and crew did a wonderful job and were very easy to work. We highly recommend Todd Payne and Renovation Works, Inc. We began our first meeting with Todd just exploring budgeting and the possibility of expanding our side porch to enclose it for a 4-season room. We ended up doing that PLUS we expanded the rest of the porch into an adjoining screened-in porch, added a deck and replaced the front porch decking! We ran into a few glitches (main one due to tying new roof into existing manufactured home which already had add-ons), but Todd brought in an engineer, a crane, a steel beam, etc. and was able to make it all come together perfectly. Even with all the extra costs, Todd worked with us in other areas to keep us within our budget.
You would never know this was an addition. It blends with our house beautifully. Todd was very easy to work with from beginning to end and never failed to address any of our questions or concerns. Best of all, even though it was a very tight schedule to have the room finished for our use at Christmas, he and his team were able to do it. They finished up 12/23 and 12/24 - miraculous considering all the weather and inspection delays! We absolutely LOVE our new addition/renovations and will not hesitate to hire Todd Payne and Renovation Works again in the future!

I highly recommend Todd for any project you want done around the house! He was so patient with me and readjusted plans and projects as I changed my mind. Quote was on point with final cost and as well he was very upfront with price adjustments as I adjusted my vision of the project! Any problems that arose got his full attention and were handled efficiently! My dog also liked him, and we all know dogs are excellent judges of character. I love my renovations and will use him in the future for the next phase of renovations.

Todd and his folks completed a cabin and garage for our family in Stokes County, NC. MRW did a professional job of constructing the project from the ground up. Todd did a fantastic job of coordinating all of the trades for the cabin in a very demanding subcontracting environment. I purchased some build plans and then modified them with many changes and MRW was on board with the changes and worked with an engineer to accommodate our wishes. The estimate that we were provided with at the beginning of the project was very close to our actual cost with the only overages being items that we opted for during construction. I would highly recommend Todd and MRW for any construction work you may need.
