No one ever wants to have to have their roof redone, especially when it’s an emergency. Done Rite was able to tear down the SEVEN layers of crumbling roofing the previous owner had piled on top of each other, replace the original rotted out boards from 1925 with quality plywood, and install the new flat roof in a single day. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the materials and work, and the team was receptive and communicative throughout the teardown and installation process. You get what you pay for!

They may do great work, but they are incredibly inconsiderate of neighbors. Last Friday, they worked on my neighbor's roof and carelessly threw debris into my yard while my two small dogs were outside. I had to yell over their blasting music at 8 a.m. just to get them to stop.

I called the company, and one of the workers—who didn’t speak any English—tried to walk through my house to access the backyard. I told them to be more careful and that I would just clean it myself. When I got home from work around 6 PM, their music was still blasting. I left for the gym, and when my partner got home at 7 PM, she said it was still so loud she could hear it through noise-canceling headphones.

It’s frustrating because they seem to think no one will say anything since they’re working in a predominantly Black community. Then, come today, they removed my planters and parked their heavy van on my sidewalk in front of my house, leaving bags of trash. I was trying to work, and my dogs were going nuts. When I asked them to move the van in front of the house they were actually working on, one of the workers just kept saying, "Please, please," instead of addressing the issue.

Not only did they not ask before moving my property and leaving trash, but then they acted like I was the problem for calling it out. They finally moved the van, but the sheer audacity and lack of professionalism were ridiculous.

A rare treat to have a company come workat an incredible pace, have happy employees, and do tremendous work at a fair price. Had someone come for a free estimate to install a gutter and downspout that was off due to a storm. Insurance company told me the cost by a professional is under $300, they deal with it frequently and recommended them. This place gave me a quote of $750!! I understand it’s a quick and simple job but it’s completely unprofessional to try to knowingly take advantage of someone and rip them off. Clearly they will not be doing the work and my local insurance agent is removing them from their recommendations list.
