Dobbs & Braddock Insurance

Mr. Dobbs was sent to do an appraisal on a home we were purchasing. He didn’t use any of the comps the listing agent sent him of the home and appraised it for 30 grand less then the asking price. Which was completely bogus. The home is worth at least the price it’s being sold for. But because he didn’t do his job correctly we are losing out on a beautiful home. Makes me wonder if he is against veterans since this is a VA loan appraisal. You sir are the worst. Thank you for screwing us out of the home of our dreams.
