Ricardo and Spencer were wonderful! Ricardo went into detail and explained every detail and step to me, he was kind and patient with all my questions. Spencer was respectful and thorough during the removal process of materials/mold. They were quick in getting on site and looked through all the area of concerns. Very respectful and kind team. After having a national restoration company come to our home to inspect our shower, they told us the shower was leaking water, and that there was water in the floor under the tile and up the walls of the shower. We were skeptical of this report since we had never seen water visible outside of the shower. Needing a second opinion, we called Doan restoration. We spoke with Ricardo who dispatched Brian to our home. Bryon used a meter and an infrared camera and found no moisture in the floor or in the walls of the shower. He showed us how the meter will read hot on cold tile, but that doesn’t necessarily mean there’s water there. Thanks to Doan Restorations honesty, We were saved a major repair. We highly recommend them for all your restoration needs.

I wasn't aware the metal piece in your tub was absolutely necessary. So mine came off and I continued to shower and one day I decided to take a bath. Doan restoration helped my mom at her home when she had a leak from an air conditioning drain. They quickly came in, removed only what was needed, thoroughly dried everything and then prepped the area to be rebuilt. They were clean, informative, polite and lost importantly…. Effective. We had a fire sprinkler break in an apartment, causing a lot of water damage. Doan Restoration was called out to handle the demolition of the affected areas, and they did an excellent job. Spencer and Scott were the two that did most of the work on my project, they were very professional along the way and kept me updated along the way. I will use them again and suggest them to others in the future.

The staff/crew were all friendly. I cannot give 5* though since discovering that they cut deep into many of my studs (from both sides of the wall) due to carelessness when trying to remove the drywall. There's no need to cut 2+ inches deep to remove 1/2" thick drywall. Hopefully in the future they will use the right tools to ensure they aren't damaging homes.
