DKS Renovations PLLC earned their 5 stars today! top quality materials and installation was spot on. I could not have been more pleased with the work Dakota and his crew did to replace my roof. Began at 7:00 am…finished at 3 pm, including old shingle removal and clean-up! My roof received quite a bit of wind damage from the strong winds a few weeks ago. I immediately contacted Dakota to assess the damage. He was quick to tarp in order to prevent leaks from predicted rain. He was incredibly patient and responsive with all the questions I had. Look no further for your roofing needs. I highly recommend DKS Renovations PLLC. Thank you Dakota and crew!

I don't leave reviews unless I receive exceptional service or exceptionally poor service. I hate to leave a bad review for a local business, especially. Despite being ignored on one occasion. They were absolutely great people to talk with. I had a roof repair I'd have liked done. I contacted them well over the course of a month to help me. They assured me they'd be there (ordered the shingles) and all. Until I could have them put on a new roof in the spring or early summer. I end up having to climb on the roof myself as they wouldn't communicate nor show up( another shingle came off). Unfortunately they'll not get my business for a new roof. I wouldn't expect any emergency repairs either. I would have paid cash for a new composite shingle roof or metal. Couldn't even get a quote.

My roof is not complete after months of waiting. No trim, I can see porch light thru ridge cap at night. I can see end of trailer still on end. Also saw ad that said they give free gutters to new customers and I did not get that either. I will post pics as soon as I figure out how. Very disappointed
