I've used dK twice in the last year. Once for a three-layer tear-off and new roof last summer for my stepdad's house, and once for a single-layer tear-off and new roof on my house a couple weeks ago. Both jobs were done wonderfully, on schedule, and with no financial surprises. I can't say enough about Guillermo Luna, the project manager on the recent project. He has high standards and is committed to a quality project; he's wildly communicative, helpful, and eager to please.

So disappointed in this company! In 2014 we hired them to reside another house we own. They did an excellent job. Their attention to details was extraordinary. When the time came to reside our current house, we hired them again. This time our experience was quite the opposite. The lack of communication and uncaring attitude caused us undue stress at a high price tag. I will not use them nor recommend them again!

Just wanted to say how the visit from Joe went for our re-roofing project.
He was a pleasure to work with, very communicative, great customer service. I felt that his suggestions and advice were truthful and very informative. His professionalism was exemplary and a model that I wish others portrayed.

I recently used dK Exteriors for a roof replacement project. This was my second time working with them due to having a good experience on another project three years earlier. Good afternoon Zach - your company just completed installing a new roof - CertainTeed Presidential - on our home in SW Beaverton. Since removing the existing cedar shakes as well as the original wood shingles was involved, it was quite a task. We looked forward to the project with a great deal of trepidation, but the experience, thanks to your team, turned out to be a good one approaching joyful. A couple of thoughts about our experience with you and d/K Exteriors.

Integrity: You were straightforward and honest in your dealings with us from our first meeting throughout the completion of the project. No exaggerations, questionable opinions, or "after thoughts" put forward; you did everything you said you would do, including starting and finishing on the dates you first gave us. Every discussion during the project was candid and factual.

Quality: The tear off was conducted with a minimum of disturbance, and the ongoing cleanup around the house was superb. The installation itself was extremely well done, and the finished "product" could not look better.

Industrious: Your crew could not have worked harder or steadier; they were "at it" for the entire working day. All were polite, friendly, considerate of us, and the end - new friends. We felt our best interests were foremost, and your personal recommendation of the attic venting system has proven such an improvement that our house has been staying cooler during the recent heat wave.

For you and everyone involved, we enjoyed your presence, and we appreciate the great job you did for us. Thank you.
