I called Dixon Plumbing and left a message. Mr. Dixon returned my call and set up an appointment to come out and assess my problem. I thought I had a leak from the upstairs bathroom. Evidently it wasn’t the bathroom that had a leak, but it was the vent stack on the roof. If you are in need of a plumber, call them! I’m definitely keeping their number!

One of the most kind and honest contractors I've ever hired. When I first moved here, I knew no one. Not a single soul. Dixon Plumbing was doing some work in my community, and the property manager referred him to me, saying he is wonderful. And she is definitely right. Brian has been a huge help on a few occasions ... one was a pretty involved job. His work is professional and done right, and his prices are reasonable and fair. I've never had any issues afterward with any of the work he has done. I've also never had any issues getting a response. He has gotten back to me outside of normal business hours as well. I highly recommend him for any plumbing work. He is my #1 go-to guy.

10/11/2020 Update. Needed service for slow drains. Received excellent prompt service. Courteous and professional, Brian is a gentleman. I am in the trades and service like Dixon Plumbing provides is getting harder to find.
Prompt professional service. Brian took care of the issue quickly and was reasonably priced. I would recommend Dixon Plumbing. AAAAA+++++

I don’t agree with some of these reviews. We called him at 7:30 am. By Noon Bryan had the job done. He was not expensive at all. He did a great job, he has a great personality and very friendly. This was the 2nd time we have used his business, and we are very happy with the service.

I got a call from the water company saying I "must have a broken pipe" because my water usage was skyrocketing. They recommended Dixon (maybe because they were local to me, maybe because they were in cahoots... I wasn't sure). I called and left a message. Heard back the next morning. I can imagine this being a problem if the water was pouring into my house, but it wasn't.

Bryan stopped by about 2 hours later and started the investigation. Bryan was pointing out things about my water lines that I didn't know and through trial and error, found the issue. It took awhile, required digging, and shovels, and getting very dirty in the mud, but Bryan took care of it quickly once he found the issue.

I wasn't sure what it would cost to fix (I was imagining thousands of dollars) at the start. Once it was fixed, Bryan probably used $20 worth of materials and the overall bill was a few hundred dollars. This seemed reasonable to me giving the time spent diagnosing the issue and then getting hands-on fixing it.

I would definitely recommend and have found my plumber and piping guy should anything happen in the future (although I hope to never see him again)!
