I have had Disaster Recovery clean my carpets several times. They are excellent and removed a stain other have not been able to get out. Excellent company and carpets are dry when they leave. Hands down they will be my forever carpet cleaners. Thank you for a job well done. Always pleasant always on time.

Disaster Recovery is reliable, responsive, professional company. Both of my properties of (346 apartments) use this service. The carpets are like brand new after DR has been in our units. DR response rate is so quick and emergency's he has the nick name "Johnny on the Spot" because he not only does shampoo beautifully- his company deals with any water intrusion emergency's. Our carpets in our rental were horrible, absolutely disgusting, smelled of wear and pet urine from previous tenants. We are very clean people but our home was one that you’d walk in and was hit in the face with YUCK. It was embarrassing for we are not the type of people to neglect our home, pets or loved that way. I was at my wits end with trying to find the right company to help, UNTIL I FOUND DISASTER RECOVERY!!! Oh so amazing to work with, I had called their office on a Sunday afternoon, now mind you after normal business hours, I was immediately helped by Derek Powell, he listened to all of my woes and struggles and could hear my frustration with our home, by the end of our call Derek had us scheduled immediately for a free consult. A couple days later Derek came out all suited up and ready to dive into the consult for our house. He was extremely professional and relatable and better yet he was understanding with empathy for our horrible smell that had lingered in our rental from previous ick!! He quickly took measurements and gave us our quote, AFFORDABLE!!! We agreed and quickly set up the appointment before he even left. When the appointment date came, we cleared our rooms wall to wall, it was an easy process for confirming and what we needed to do to prep our home. I spoke with their lovely receptionist and gave instructions on how to access our house (we were working and wouldn’t be present for the cleaning) they came in and within an hour had the house deep cleaned. I came home for lunch and when I opened the door, I wasn’t hit in the face with lingering smells, it was so CLEAN!! The carpets had new life back in them, the carpets were fluffy again and it smelled so nice, with the protective coat over the top it felt so nice to comfortably walk bare foot again on our floors. I am no longer scared to let our kids play and lay on the floor for fear of what they would be putting their faces or skin on. Once they had concluded their services they locked our house and everything was intact. I am so happy with the services Disaster Recovery had provided to our family and our home. We most definitely recommend them, and will if ever need be, use their services again. Thank you so much Disaster Recovery you turned this rental from an embarrassment to a happier cleaner home.

This company was absolutely incredible to work with. Derek was very informative, educational, responsive, and skilled. He went above and BEYOND with our water damage control, along with carpet cleaning afterwards. The company provides thorough documentation for insurance of water damages and drying measures. For both water damage and carpet cleaning, HIGH PRAISE! As a bonus, he was able to get impossibly difficult stains out of our carpet, all with a smile on his face! Looks brand new! I could not recommend highly enough! THANK YOU!!!!

Disaster recovery is top notch!! I had an old quote from 2019, and in 2021 when I remembered I was gonna have my ducts cleaned, they honored the price, technician was on time, professional, and very friendly!! Very happy with this company all around! They did a great job!
