Look no further for your next roofer. This is the company you want to work with. After a month of interviews, I decided to contract with Frank of Direct Call. He was on time for the estimate, the follow up, and for the job itself. He was the only “owner” that I had show up to my interviews. Other companies always send a salesman. Once the job starts, you’ll never hear from the salesman again. Not Frank. Frank showed up for everything, even during the job to make sure his workers were doing everything we discussed. If there was a problem, I would tell him and he would fix it.

Most importantly, the price is fair. You can easily go cheap on a roof, and the material will be cheap as well. However, Frank provides quality materials at a great price. I know this because I have had multiple estimates and for what Frank provides exceeds the others, at a lower price. I would definitely recommend Frank and company.

Last thing is the actual job and cleanup. Job was great, included attached photo for proof. As for the cleaning, it was surprisingly good. Everything they bring, they will bring with them when they leave!

Great company. We had a pretty serious emergency. Frank showed up and assessed the situation. He was honest and fair. His price to get the job done was extremely fair. The team showed up the next day to do the job. When they began work they saw that there was more work to be done than expected, I was not charged for extra work. They came prepared and ready to go. Will definitely call them again.

Vinni and his crew were amazing from start to finish. He was efficient and thorough during the initial estimates and worked with us to get it done quickly and a timely manner. When the job was done they put things back and cleaned up everything, including walking around with a metal tool to collect nails. They didn’t stop working until after dusk either insuring the job was done as we had to have plywood replaced, the job became longer to complete. Well this Direct Call Contraction company came to the house same day we discussed the issues with the roof supervisor Frank answered all my questions as I expected no rushing me great prices I must say compared to other company's we spoke about the roof being old old getting alot of leaks inside house they renewed the whole roof in a timely matter workers left back yard so clean from debri both days there work job was done beautifully I love my new roof it rained no leaks yes we are very happy with work of the company I recommend for others to check this company out first the supervisors very attentive to detail n the workers respectful polite n well spoken I would refer this company to others always

Had a leaky roof. Called Vinny and he was there same day to give a quote. We ended up doing a brand new roof. His guys were here within a week. His guys worked day and night (no exaggeration) until it was finished. All the old shingle was cleaned up. Found no debris in any of the bushes. Second time using Direct Call (tree previously fell on our garage). In both they gave us the best quote we could find. I’ve texted or called Vinny all time of day and received quick response. Really happy with all their work and customer service.

I am a returning happy customer of Direct Call Construction. My elderly parents’ home had a leak in their roof in the middle of winter in 2020, and Frank came out the next day to assess the problem, and was able to get his team to replace their roof that same week. A few weeks later, their chimney fell off the roof due to a big storm that we has, and again, Frank was easily reachable and had his team come out timely to address the issue. Frank’s professionalism, responsiveness, and honesty made it a no-brained for my husband and I to hire Direct Call Construction to replace our roof without shopping around for estimates. Unfortunately, we had to spend over the budget to replace our roof because the old plywoods were too thin and some were damaged, Frank only made a recommendation for us to replace them as safety caution without being pushy about it. The team arrived early and worked hard in the 90+ degree heat these past few days for at least 10 hours, and cleaned up very well after each day. Looking forward to completing more home improvement projects with Direct Call Construction in the near future.

Frank arrived during a major storm within 3 hours of receiving my call, walked the roof and evaluated where the water pouring through the kitchen ceiling was coming from placed a tarp over the ares to prevent additional water damage. He presented an estimate for needed repairs and full roof replacement.
We chose full roof replacement and he had his crew here within five days.The repair and replacement was completed in just under 2 days.The workmanship and attention to detail exceeded my exactions and after the cleanup there was not on spec of debris.
