Initially contact Ezra over my roof, he laid out all the options plus opinion. Very glad I went with the removal of the 25 yr old compost roof as a fair amount of dry rot found on the sub plywood. Half way through the project a unpredicted squall swept through in the middle of the night blowing the blue tarp of and allowing rain in. Called Ezra who immediately responded, climb onto the roof and got the tarp back in place. This was in the pitch dark rain! Minor water damage in the house was fixed better then before at no cost. Now have a fire resistant compost roof 25yr warrant at a very competitive cost. His crew (and him) cleaned up every day, ran a magnet over everything to ensure no nails lying around for tires So impressed I decided have my house resided
My 40 yr old cedar siding was getting iffy, Ezra specializes in siding and especial cement board which I requested. While this was going on I was hospitalized, Ezra was extremely solicitous and caring for the wife not to worry. House subwall wasn't up to code, is now, dry rot taken care of, everything sealed to keep the weather out, little details around the windows of dry rot taken care of and properly sealed(didn't but do now know he does windows). Was amazing job The cement board comes with built in paint color 15yr warranty and fire proof rating for insurance coverage

The team at dilligent siding helped us out with a bit of an unconventional siding project with professionalism. Job was full siding and windows. Can't say enough good things about Ezra and his team and I'm a pretty finicky customer. It's the details that matter imo and they are all over it including things I didn't think through (e.g. rehanging exterior doors to fir them out to be flush with new wall sheathing they installed where there was none previously so door trim would look right). Ezra and team are also very full service and on this project they also handled window purchase and installation, some light framing to remove a window and a gorgeous new front deck. Everything looks great and this house needed some help with rotting T1-11 siding etc. If you aren't happy with something, Ezra and team will make it right.

I contacted Diligent Siding to replace some damaged siding on my home. I was hesitant to pick a company because of a terrible experience I had with a plumbing contactor. Out of 3 estimates, I picked Diligent because they were able to repair only the siding that needed replacing (other companies insisted on replacing whole walls only) they have a 5 star online rating and I liked the owner. He was professional, honest and knowledgeable. I am so happy I did! His team was timely, did a fantastic job and cleaned up well afterwards. We had a wonderful experience working Ezra and his crew. They replaced our siding in a timely manner and went the extra mile to make it perfect. Ezra and his crew were wonderful to work with. They showed up everyday like clockwork at the exact same time, worked their butts off all day and when they would leave every evening, they cleaned up and packed up like they had never been here. It was refreshing after some other other contractors we had working on our home. If Diligent Siding could perform every scope of my remodel, I'd hire them for everything! My home looks beautiful and I couldn't be happier.

Diligent did great work on our project to add sheathing and replace siding on one side of our 70's era house where we had torn down the chimney. When we eventually re-side the rest of the house we will certainly use them again.

Getting on their schedule was easy and they were able to fit us in relatively soon, which was great because we had a hole in our house where the chimney had been.

The project lead Ezra was very communicative and checked in frequently during the work with any issues or questions, and was responsive via email as well.

They cleaned up really well when they were done, even repairing some minor landscaping edging damage that the chimney removal crew had left.

The work itself is quality with lots of little professional touches like caulking the holes where they screwed in the pump jacks and spending extra time to fix a janky DIY outdoor outlet I had installed.

Their invoicing and contracts are handled through Joist which I found to be very seamless and easy to use for paying and signing.

In short, these guys are good and deserve your business.

Residing and decks - the experience was positive from the initial phone call to the finished product! This was our first experience with construction, and we couldn't have chosen a better more qualified company. Ezra was knowledgeable; asked great questions about our vision; brought samples; had suggestions with photos when we were uncertain or unable to visualize. The crew was amazing! Hardworking, kind, and respectful. Simon even made sure we had proper accomodations for getting our geriatric dog in and out of the home, while the decks were being replaced. We had an issue with our chimney and some cedar siding that was rotten. We also needed the old wood stove removed before replacing with a new one. Ezra and his team did an exceptional job repairing the damage and installing new siding where needed. Also, the old stove was removed promptly. We were very happy with the work and will be recommending Diligent Siding for any job, big or small to our family and friends.

Diligent Siding completed some siding repair work on our home, replacing some rotten cedar boards, re-caulking seams, etc. The work was done at a reasonable price and to a high standard of workmanship. We had a few boards, ventilation frames and exhaust boxes on the cedar siding of our house that had rotten and had to decide about whether to replace the affected portions or the whole siding with Hardie fiber cement. Several companies provided quotes, including Diligent Siding LLC. Not only was their quote the most reasonable, but they were the only ones that provided an option for repair of just the rotting materials, followed by caulking and repainting of the repaired portions. We received very positive feedback from neighbors that were using Diligent SIding for complete replacement of their Hardie siding at that moment and decided to go with Diligent Siding for the partial repair job. Ezra Chavez from Diligent Siding was very knowledgeable and maintained great communication during the whole process regarding the scope of the work, timelines, materials and payments. They did a great job on the repair, caulking and repainting job and now it is impossible to tell the exact location of the replaced parts due to the excellent match of the size and color.
