Ref: Water damage to hardwood floor and damaged sheetrock. Easy company to work with. Adam came out to estimate and thoroughly explained steps. Very courteous and prompt; as were each crew that came out for their part in the project. All the crews did excellent work. The new floor and repaired drywall look great. Would use them again and recommend them!

Local people you can count on. This company will be around for my grandchildren to use. You will be in great hands.

We were out of town for 3 weeks and when we came back home we noticed 2 stains in our bathroom ceiling and the person who was checking in on my birds said that there were a couple of storms while we were gone and so I called my insurance company State Farm and they referred us to Dickson Restoration and I am glad they did, because the problem was minor but they were honest about the problem and didn't try to cheat us. I will be contacting them again if I need any help with Restoration problems.

During this past summer 2015, we chose Dickson Restoration to restore our water-damaged kitchen and dining area, and have been very pleased that we chose them! We had some personal challenges during that time, and they were very sensitive to them and our pets, and did the work with as little inconvenience to us as possible
First, they assessed the situation and found the damage to be much more extensive than we thought. They documented every problem and worked with our insurance rep to get as much coverage as possible. Then they explained the entire process to us and what was to happen at each stage. The demolition part was the most difficult, but it was manageable due to their careful and thorough preparation. Once the demo was done, they found an excellent cabinet maker to make our new base cabinets, trying to match the old ones as closely as possible. We were skeptical as to how well things would match up, but the cabinets were finished in record time, done beautifully, thanks to Mark Wright and his wonderful crew. The flooring went in, the patching to the walls was done, and the shoe molding was replaced When the entire project was finished, they took their time and went over with us what they had done, and came back to finish a few details that we needed completed. At all times, the owners, John and Chad and Brian, the case manager, were on top of the whole process. They were patient while the insurance checks came in, and we were never hurried along or felt rushed through anything. During the entire time, they treated us kindly and respectfully, and with good humor. Their specialists were always just as pleasant and efficient.
We're so thankful that we chose DR to do our work, and are so pleased with our new, updated kitchen. If we need any new projects done, DR will be our first choice!!!
