The crew were fast and quick while being very efficient on replacing the gutters on the house. They got the job done in 1 day from morning until the job was complete. They even had to work through the snow drifts to get to some of the gutters. Thank you Diamond Roofing and Mary Louis..

Diamond roofing was phenomenal to work with. We needed our roof replaced on our motel and we contacted them. Marilouise was the rep and we told her specifically what we wanted, concerns and time frame we needed it to be done. Her response was that it wouldn't be a problem. She was awesome to work with. Crew came in on a Saturday and was finished by Sunday. Fernando 's crew was great. Those guys were so nice and courteous. That also, worked their tails off. Plus, crew cleaned up after themselves. We couldn't tell they were ever here. Diamond roofing is a class act outfit that I recommend. Thank you, all!!

I live in an apartment complex they're doing and I would NEVER hire these guys personally. Tiles got dropped down on top of someone's car this morning, there's nails and debris EVERYWHERE. They don't even look to see where they're throwing things, so you have to hope no one's tossing anything down when you step out. Our ceiling has a hollow space in it that I told them about and they don't care, they practically throw the tiles or whatever it is down onto the roof and it shakes everything so hard things fall off shelves. The air compressor is loud and runs constantly. Finding trash left on our vehicle.

My salesman was friendly and helpful throughout the entire roofing process from my first call to when I paid. I highly recommend this business and will gladly be a returning customer.

Diamond roofing has replaced roofs on two of my very large Skilled Nursing Facilities and managed the other subcontractors for us. They were very respectful to our residents and staff. The job was done timely with no issues. One of them was four hours away from Rapid City where we couldn’t find a local contractor that was responsible and reasonable to work with. I will use them going forward on any of my projects on the 27 buildings I run.

Diamond Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof and gutters after a large hailstorm. They were professional, there were no surprises, and the crew did an outstanding job on time and at the price quoted. Thanks for doing a great job!!

When you call the office, most of the time no one answers the phone. If you leave a message, no one ever calls back. Lack of communication with the contractor, workers show up to work on your property without being notified they are coming. Still waiting for an estimate on my fence 3 months later. The actual workers did a good job, but the company took my leftover shingles that I paid for and could use the next time my shingles blow off.

I would not recommend Diamond Roofing, or perhaps just stick with them for roofing. The roof job went fine, but they were also hired for siding, and my house went for two months between siding removal and installation. They had a sub-contractor who then subsequently hired his own sub, and
that caused huge headaches and hiccups.
The siding was ultimately completed by 605 Construction and they did a beautiful job. I would definitely recommend 605 Construction, but contact them directly. My house also went 3 and a half months without gutters and I finally hired a different contractor for this, due to lack of response from Diamond. There were other snafus and issues, which are to be expected with big projects, and I know it was an extremely busy Summer, but my house fell through the cracks, every step of the way.

I would love to give a good review, as they seem like nice people, but I can't recommend after the experience I had.

This company is amazing! Had our roof redone after a huge wind storm blew through. I explained to RJ that the roof was leaking now due to the snow we had. He had a crew 2 days later at our house and was done in 1 day! I am so thankful for them. Ken, the owner even talked with me about the roof vents. Thanks everyone!

They did a great job replacing my roof back in 2014. They were kind and courteous. I will be going with them this year to replace my roof again.

They told me on three different occasions they would be here at 8am and I was going out of town for the weekend and 8am worked perfect as i wanted to be home when they did it. They then showed up at 2pm, they called me and I was already gone at this point, they said they would contact me the following week to get a different date set up. I got home and the work was done trash and nails eveywhere!!! Now got a bill and its way higher then they talked about..even added an excessive amount of rain and ice shield that my insurances says they will not pay. Would not recommend this company to anyone period.!

Diamond roofing re-did our roof after a hail storm. They helped us with the insurance company and made redoing our roof such an easy process!!! I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Compared to what I have been told and have read about this company I have experienced the EXACT OPPOSITE! 1) Have NOT FINISHED JOB started when buying house back in March... 2) Ken has LIED to is on multiple occasions on WHEN going to finish! ... 3)Had a leak ALREADY that shorted out 2 rooms and tried to send someone to “fix” the problem without letting us know coming — only reason for that was did NOT want to own up to water damage and when wife LUCKILY was still home when worker came; Ken gave most Ridiculous excuse why water damage was not his company’s fault. ... 4) Took OVER A MONTH of calls from us and Realesate Agents (in July) of calling to get a response on WHEN GOING TO FINAISH JOB....when FINALLY return call; Ken was extremely disrespectful and only said “will get to it when we get to it, we have been busy this year”. WHAT RIDICULOUS & UNPROFESSIONAL ANSWER— Need to FINISH jobs started FIRST....Finally: Not even sure if did the job right to begin with seeing how we ALREADY HAVE A LEAK & there solution to it is EXTREMELY POOR if not done right to begin with based on what other contractors have explained to me.
