Several months ago, my house suffered extensive wind and storm damage to my roof. I remembered that a neighbor of mine had this kind of damage to their house and they recommended Diamond Lake Exteriors.
I knew I had some kind of insurance coverage, but I wasn’t sure how much coverage and how much of this damage would be covered.
At one spot on my roof where the tiles were blown off, I had interior damage to the wall of one of my bedrooms. I contacted Diamond Lake. A representative came out and examined my roof and they examined it thoroughly. They went up on the roof itself and inspected everywhere and checked my gutters because there was apparently some damage to one of the sections of my gutters. I was very pleased with the representative And I therefore gave them my insurance information. Diamond Lake took it from there. It was a very substantial loss and they came out several times with my insurance company claims person going over the various aspects of it and spent some time convincing them the damage to my wall was because the water came through where the tiles were blown off.
In the end, everything was covered and they did a wonderful job. They cleaned up after their work each day and they asked me if I had any questions. We ran a special problem. Some of my roof was damaged but the majority of it was not. The Insurance company was suggesting to repair the damaged section but Diamond Lake explains that the new tiles, wouldn’t match exactly because of the age of the original tiles. Diamond Lake checked inventory on that particular tile and discovered that it’s no longer manufactured. And they pushed through a claim for the entire roof. I now have a brand new roof and several sections of new gutter and downspout. I did not have to negotiate with the insurance company. Diamond Lake took care of everything. They provided me as a conclusion with a written 25 year guarantee from the manufacturer,

Diamond lake exterior are by far the best!!!! They replaced the roof of our home and they an amazing job. They were very clear and honest about the process and very knowledgable. I wish we would have done the vinyl siding with them. We’ll definitely consider them for future installs. We highly recommend them!!!
