Diamond Exteriors did an amazing job for us. We has a large claim and they coordinated all portions of it, and all of the subcontractors they used provided excellent work.

The team did a great job on the roof, but the communication was TERRIBLE!!! Doug notified me that they would be coming the following week. That was perfectly fine with me. What was NOT okay was me asking to notified of the day that they would be coming so I could move my car, and that didn’t happen. They showed up with no notice and my grandma, dog, and I were stuck in the house. On top of that, I had to go to work and had to pay for a Lyft since I couldn’t get out. Diamond Exteriors REALLY needs to work on their communication.

SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I can't say enough good things about Doug the Owner of Diamond Exteriors. He stood by my side in an effort to fight the insurance company for a solid year. While I'm extremely happy with the finished product (e.g., my new roof), it's really the outstanding customer service I received that I won't soon forget! Following last year's hailstorm, my home was needing a new roof and fresh paint. I took the recommendation of my neighbors and called Diamond Exteriors. I'm really glad I did.

Doug was out quickly to assess the situation and provide an estimate. He and his team are very experienced and made this the least painful claim I've ever filed. He essentially took the reins, facilitating communication and scheduling a handful of contractors to tackle the job.

Diamond replaced my roof, found a team to handle some minor exterior repairs (patio trim, etc) and then lined up the painters. All work appears to be of the highest quality, and the folks back at the office have been terrific answering my questions and helping to lead us through the process.

There's a reason these guys have signs all over our neighborhood - they're a company you can trust to do the job right, the first time. THANK YOU, DIAMOND!

We contacted them and Igor came by to talk with and inspect the roof. He gave an honest report on the roof condition - lost a few shingles, no hail damage, only a minor repair needed. He came back with a quote and set a date for the repair. He showed up on time and made the repair. The quoted price was very fair and reasonable. He answered all of our questions throughout the process. We will not hesitate to call Diamond Exteriors in the future. Thank you, Igor, for the great experience.

Diamond Exteriors went out of their way once our claim was started to support us when another storm came through and we needed our roof tarped to protect our home from leaks. Everything and everyone showed up on time exactly when they said it would and the roof was finished quickly and professionally, same with the gutters. Contractors were respectful and cleaned up after themselves.

Our experience with Diamond Exteriors (Douglas and Jennifer) was such an easy and non stressful experience. All of the people that worked with us to complete the replacement of our roof, gutters, siding, windows, and re-staining our fence were great and we really appreciated them. It was simple and hassle free to communicate back and forth about everything, especially since this was our first experience needing to file an insurance claim for our home. Although I didn’t use Doug for the job (there were time constraints on my end), he came out anyways. Provided a complimentary walkthrough of both the siding and the roof. I will be calling Doug again if I have any roof or siding issues. I was very impressed with his service.

What a pleasure it was to work with Diamond Exteriors on our roof replacement. From the original inspection for hail damage through the entire process of working with the insurance company, the city for building permits to meet city codes and the installation of the new roof, the work and workers were exemplary and professional.

Doug & Diamond Exteriors have helped us on 2 different insurance claims. On our hail claim, they found far more damage than we originally thought. They were able to point out damage on our siding, screens and a few windows as well as the roof. They dealt with insurance adjuster directly and made the process so much better than if we would have just gotten the roof replaced.

If you are having troubles getting a new roof through your Insurance Company due to hail damage, I recommend this Company highly! They will more than likely be able to get you a new roof. Tell them I sent you!

Siding replacement. The contractor knows the business well. He also helped with issues dealing with insurance coverage . Very responsive and great to communicate with. The job was done in a timely manner regardless delays or deficits of construction materials. The contractor comes with ideas that work best for our home. Happy with quality of the job.

Diamond Exteriors came out and did a roof inspection for us with the recent hail storms. They were punctual and very professional. Diamond Exteriors did an excellent job repairing the roof. However, it took them awhile to finish some incomplete work that was required by my insurance company.

I enjoyed working with Diamond Exteriors very much after they replaced our roof. Gary was quite knowledgeable and continually checked on his crew to make certain that they were doing quality work. My only complaint was that they still to this date have not replaced the broken leaf guards in the gutters. Had they done that, I would have given them 5 stars.

Horrible experience. Doug lied through his teeth. Said he could get me twice what my claim was for. Started talking about getting lawyers involved then ghosted me. Luckily a 22 yr. old insurance assistant next door recommended a public adjuster who got everything straightened out for me. Don't waste your time with this wannabe.

They did our insurance claim on our house from the hail. They showed extensive knowledge of not only how to repair the work but how to deal with insurance companies. These guys might not be the fastest but that's because they are trying to be comprehensive, make sure everything is done correctly, and make sure everything that deserves work gets taken care of . The work itself went quickly and cleanly. If you're patient you'll get more from them than probably anyone and it'll be right.

Doug Smith of Diamond Exteriors replaced the roof on my 1896 Queen Anne two-story home in 2016 and did a fantastic job. There were multiple custom items on the house such as built-in gutters and moldings along the edge of the roof. Doug is well-versed in vintage homes and their roof styles and requirements. He worked with me to duplicate these items in modern weather-resistant materials. His workmen took great care in protecting my gardens and cleaned up the site regularly. I am using Doug again again this year to replace hail damage to my roof. I will always call on Diamond Exteriors for any of my roofing concerns.
