Diamond East Coatings was fantastic to work with! We wouldn't change anything done with the house now completed. Our house was very outdated and there was a wall every direction you turned. The layout was a big zig zag. There were a lot of load bearing walls and delimmas in our original vision. But the team took the time to problem solve with us to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted. We did frequent check ins, and they ensured to stay in our estimated budget. My husband & I were polar opposites on what we wanted for designs, ideas, floors, colors etc.. & they came up with a perfect solution! The house was completely gutted and reworked. Once it was down to studs, they leveled the porch and roof to the house, windows, doors, floors, cabinets, trim, moved the stairwell. Everyday you could see the quick progress that was being made, but them also ensuring it was done correctly. They were great with our pups too! Highly recommend!

After discovering I had a pretty significant leak in my roof I asked a few friends if they knew any contractors that do roofing work. I was given Matt's number by a mutual friend of ours and to my absolute amazement Matt immediately responded to an intro text I sent him. Getting contractors to respond to inquiries in this area is akin to seeing a unicorn. It's rare and when it happens, it's usually long past the point where the response is useful. Anyway, Matt's responses were friendly and even quite humorous.

Matt and I scheduled a time for him and Mark to come over and check out my leaking roof. When they came by they talked about what the issue might be, when they could come by and start working and also the hourly price for the work. We also managed to locate a couple shingles left behind from the original roof work.

A couple days later Mark came by to start working on the issue. He showed me where the water was coming in and we talked through what needed to be done. Mark consulted with the local woodyard about which shingles were the match for my roof and immediately Mark could tell there was an issue. Mark summoned the boss (my wife) to get her opinion on whether the shingles were a match with our roof and she determined that they were not even close. Mark went to the woodyard and informed them they were suggesting the wrong shingles and they insisted they were right. After this *we all* took a trip to the woodyard and we picked out the correct shingles. Mark was able to complete the work on the roof, fixing the leak and leaving us pretty happy. Not bad for a half day's work.

We had the DEC guys come back at a later date to address some other roofing/leak issues which also took a half day.

In all, we are very happy with the work. We are dry and the price was pretty much what I expected. I strongly recommend Diamond East Coatings and I plan to have them do a lot of work on my house and property in the coming months and years.
