Daryl with Designer Roofing was great to work with! All work was completed timely and accurately. After my insurance company denied hail damage to my roof not once, but twice... Daryl was persistent and positive that everything would work out. He was with me through the whole process, even showing up while it was raining to help moisture lock our roof. Daryl went above and beyond! My insurance company finally agreed to cover our loss. Daryl's team went straight to work and within days, we had a brand new roof! Great team, great experience all around! Very happy!

We had hail damage and contracted with Designer Roofing. They showed up on time, carefully protected our landscaping and did a fantastic job! They skillfully replaced metal awnings, gutters and trim with better materials than what the builder had used. In addition, they spent many hours cleaning up the entire area, making sure there were no nails or debris left behind. If we happen to have another hail storm incident, we know we’ll be using Designer Roofing.

Designer Roofing did an excellent job on our new roof & gutter installation. The team was knowledgeable, efficient and always ready to attend to our concerns about even the smallest details. In addition, they even helped us with our old roof warranty claim. Their service was above & beyond what other companies offer.

My partner and I had to file an insurance claim to replace a failed membrane roofing system on our incredibly low sloped roof which are notorious for being susceptible to leaking. After trouble working with one roofer we wisely switched over to Designer Roofing for our standing seam roof installation based on Aaron's refreshing communication skills and capacity to not treat the homeowner as incapable of understanding the product and installation process. Part of our reasoning for the standing seam roof was to prepare for a solar panel install as well, which is the preferred and best roof for the longevity and maintenance of the solar panels. Aaron was already versed in this knowledge and was very kind in communicating details directly with the solar panel company prior to their installation which gave us comfort and confidence in our investment.
Dan oversaw the installation crew and was incredibly professional, always available to answer questions and concerns while keeping us informed on the arrival times of the crew whom were also consistently punctual. Dan went above and beyond to help us resolve a particularly tricky pre-existing construction issue with our front porch overhang that wasn't pitched properly. Upon completion, the drainage issue wasn't resolved and he went back to the drawing board to create a solution which was reworked shortly thereafter with success. Additionally, Leo, who was the lead roofer, worked diligently and with great pride in his work, something everyone should be so lucky to have when making such an investment in their home. Everyone involved with our roof install from start to finish were competent, courteous and respectful of our property. I would overwhelmingly recommend Designer Roofing to anyone looking to install a standing seam roof with a company that is straight forward and Honest (which is a rarity in this industry.) I'd also like to add that you can put a lot more trust in a roofing company that specializes in just one type of roof, and when it comes to details, the metal roof option requires a lot more attention! The attached pictures show how beautiful this roof is, however, with the low pitch of the roof it is rather difficult to see it from the ground. We're very happy with our roof and expect to enjoy in for the rest of our lifetime in this house. Thanks so much to Dan, Aaron, Leo and the rest of the crew! You are very much appreciated!

Dan, his partner and team are class acts. From start to finish everything was done at the highest level quality. There were a few follow up items that were handled appropriately and with confidence as well. Highly recommend if you want your roof done right.

Designer Roofing got someone out to my house the next day after I reached out when some shingles came off my roof. They made the repairs right away and also inspected the roof and fixed other areas they noticed. The customer service is fantastic and the quality of work is excellent.

I was so impressed, they were timely and professional and extremely clean. We didn’t even worry about having nails based on how good they cleaned up.

We used Designer Roofing at the suggestion of our realtor Eve Henry. In May of 2021 we had to have our roof replaced before we could sell the house and it was a last minute request of the buyers, Aaron came out and made it happen over a weekend so that it would not cause our closing to be pushed out. The company is amazing, and he is great. Fast forward to today... We had what looked like a leak in our upstairs bathroom. I called them over the Memorial Day weekend, they called me back first thing Tuesday and came out today. It wasn't a roof leak but high humidity but inspected our roof anyway and stated it looked great. Honest. They are always honest and I will never use any other roofer.

Great experience with this company start to finish. Designer Roofing replaced our roof following hail damage over 10 years ago. Then seamlessly added roofing to our new addition in 2018. Most recently, Designer Roofing went the extra mile and handled repairs on damaged fascia near roof. Excellent customer service AND a beautiful roof.

We had our roof replaced about a year ago by Designer and it was good experience and the work appears to be good. I was an advocate of their work and recommended them to several neighbors but lately I haven't had such a great experience. I've had a couple of things done post roof change and my I feel as though they are taking advantage of my previous relationship. I had to replace a solar vent and had a different vent pipe swapped for our water heaters. The latter job took less than 10 minutes and it's a shock to pay $150 to $200 dollars for a service fee, considering that I'm a customer and was hoping to be a life long customer. I wanted to use the same crew to not void any warranty work but now I'm not sure that I will use them again in the future or that I will be recommending going forward. There are a lot of similar businesses in the area and in my opinion the overall customer experience from sales to post support should be treated equally. Taking advantage of existing customers is not the best way to keep lasting relationships.

Excellent work and warranty follow up. I replaced my roof and gutters in 2016, so far everything looks great. Highly recommended!

We worked with Aaron Lenhart there. They did our house and barn roofs, and a friend's roof. I was hesitant to show them our insurance estimate but, ultimately they worked directly with our insurance company to get the necessary adjustments to do what was needed. When our friend's roof had a surprise problem, they came through to take care of it, even when it took multiple iterations over months. We asked for a revision to our roof, including installing a horse weather vane, so accommodating. They have a range of roof options, in addition to the traditional shingle roof, they can do steel and steel that looks like slate or tile or wood, or whatever look you're going for. They were ethical, calm, considerate to work with. Everyone on their crew was polite and considerate. However, getting your roof pulled off and reinstalled is loud and disruptive. Now, years after getting our Designer Roofs, we are really happy. As great as Designer Roofing was, I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER HAIL STORM.

Working with Anthony was a pleasure. He took great care of us and patiently walked us through each step of the process. He was masterful at dealing with the insurance company.

The end product was perfect and I would not hesitate to use him again and have referred him to several friends.

A big thanks to Designer Roofing, Bob and his team did a great job replacing our roof and gutter after a storm. They went out of their way to finish in record time, making sure we were satisfied. When we had questions or concerns they were available to answer them quickly. They worked hard covering the yard, our patios, and flower beds. They were very professional and took special care not to damage anything. Price was fair and everything was delivered exactly as promised. Super Service. Job Well Done. Dan and Bob did a great job of replacing our roof after the recent hail storm. They went out of their way to finish the roof quickly so that we could close on selling our house on time as well. I highly recommend their work, communication, and honesty!
