As a property manager in Big Sky, Bryan & Blair are my absolute go to when it comes to roofing! They did two roofs for me last summer and not only do they look beautiful, the clients were very pleased with their diligent work. The new roofs were built with a meticulous attention to detail and have eliminated any issues the prior roofs had! They are reasonably priced, extremely knowledgeable, and very responsive! Couldn’t recommend enough!

I never write reviews unless the services are exceptional or terrible. The only way to get an insurance policy on our house in Big Sky was to replace our shake roof with a synthetic or metal roof. We interviewed four different roofing contractors and decided on Design Roofing and Restoration. Blair and Bryan are truly exceptional people. They are straight forward, very responsive and extremely pleasant. Their crews were excellent, very hardworking and took pride in their work. From start to finish the project was seamless. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I have rarely seen a company that everyone is so hard working and cleans up after themselves. We couldn’t be happier with the work Design Roofing did on our roof. What a smooth process. After getting several quotes from other companies we decided on Design because they were not pushy yet communicated clearly. Other companies used sales tactics pressuring you to decide when meeting with them to get the lowest price. That was more confusing and we don’t make decisions that way. Blair handled insurance which took a big weight off our shoulders. Bryan and his crew worked their butts off to get everything dried in before the random thunderstorms hit. Design Roofing and Restoration went above and beyond on our siding project. We live in a home that is on the historic registry in downtown Bozeman. Our siding was 100+ years old cedar shake and they replaced it with the most beautiful new cedar and they had most detailed craftsmanship for a really technical project.

They were incredible in working with the historic board to get the correct permits. Seriously, the best customer service from any construction company I have ever worked with!

Design roofing and restoration had so much knowledge about all the little things that we uncovered in our old house. They were able to fix rotting pillars, advice on proper water barriers, and repair so many other little "issues" that come with an old house. (And they cleaned up every little detail and were so careful with my landscaping)

Their crew was so kind and careful with our family living in the house during construction. They were mindful of our dogs, chickens, and kids. Their crew was beyond knowledgeable and capable and expert craftsmen! They worked through snow and heat to get our project completed in a very timely manner.

My and I initially met with Bryan Pearson and Blair Andrews, of Design Roofing & Restoration on the morning of April 6, 2023. Our new roof was completed by June 15, 2023. It took a total of 10 weeks from "We are looking at replacing our existing roof", to completion! And, that was including several days of unseasonable rainfall in Big Sky, MT and a few days delay receiving some of the materials.
Both Bryan and Blair are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in answering all our questions, providing several options and suggestions, and made sure every step of the way that we were getting the best materials and installation for the esthetic we wanted for our Montana log home. They are five star: from listening to what the customer wants; providing options and guidance; personal attention to details, getting the best materials and installers, personally being on the job site, and always available to keep us up to date and informed.
We are beyond pleased with this company, its people, and the beautiful outcome we desired.

I found the owners, Bryan and Blair to be professional in every way, efficient, incredibly responsive, and helpful. Our roof replacement project included correcting several historical performance problems. They listened to our issues and worked collaboratively with us to design corrective features into the project that will certainly minimize the issues and likely solve them completely. They are great communicators and their installation team did a terrific job managing the debris typical of roof replacement projects. Finally, they did an excellent job ensured that our home remained dry when unforecasted rain fell.

Bryan and Blair and the crew were great! They answered all my questions (and I had a lot of them) and I never felt hurried. Exceptionally good at coordinating with other businesses involved. Even though it was a very busy time for them they made room for me and kept in contact with everything that was going on. Bryan Pearman was extremely helpful and responsive with replacing the roof on a property we recently purchased. Bryan is professional, easy to talk to, and responsive. I never felt that we were being "upsold" to replace the roof. Bryan and his team were considerate and were conscious that our tenants were dealing with the roof replacement. I engaged Design Roofing to replace my mother's roof. They made the process incredibly easy. I was very impressed with the level of communication, particularly considering that this was not my roof. They not only regularly communicated with me about scheduling but they also communicated directly with my mother. I really appreciated that. Moreover, the workers were considerate of my elderly mother's needs and limited their work hours accordingly.

We worked with Design Roofing & Restoration on three projects. On each one, Bryan and Blair and their crews were great to work with...responsive, straight-forward, clear and fair. The first project was a shingle replacement following a hailstorm. Bryan was excellent at navigating the ins and outs of working with the insurance company. The next project, at a different house, was another re-roofing, this time because the existing roof was well past its prime. Well, the house was 135 years old, and needed some additional work, including replacing several old fire-damaged rafters. The crew handled the extra work with great skill, and great communication. The third, and most recent project, was replacing on the same house old soffits and fascia boards and gutters (subcontractor). Again, the Design Roofing & Restoration team came through with flying colors, putting in a very long day to get everything done on time, and as promised. Based on our experience, I would definitely recommend Design Roofing & Restoration, and I would use them again.
