After receiving quotes from a couple of other companies I chose Desert Sands for my underlayment replacement project. They were not the most expensive nor the least expensive but their price was all inclusive, with no added costs if something was found after the fact. They removed my solar panels (I have 36 so that does affect the overall cost but it was included), removed all of the old underlayment and replaced it with 2 layers of 40 pound paper, new flashing and reinstalled the panels over a 5 day period. They cleaned up the job site everyday. Everything was great and I got a 20 year complete roof guarantee. Thanks to Renee, Mike, Oscar, Luis, Romeo and all of the roofers for a professional job with no expensive surprises.

This is the 2nd time we have used Desert Sands and they did not disappoint! As with our first time, Renee explained everything and kept in contact throughout the process. The crew showed up on time each morning, worked diligently all day and left the yard clean each evening. The price was on point and very fair. Please contact Desert Sands when it’s time for a new roof!

The crew they sent were absolutely amazing. They had a total of 10 guys at one time and they had a good rhythm going and they got the job done in only 2days. I would also highly recommend them if you have solar panels that you need to take off and reinstall after the roof is completed. They had a separate team that comes in and removes and then reinstall and ensure they are functioning correctly. Company has great communications and deliver with a very competitive price.

After calling Desert Sands Contracting, I was able to receive a quote and get scheduled promptly. I was provided pictures of the damage and repairs being performed as the job was worked. They did an excellent job l, it looks great and got it completed a day early. My property was cleaned up and there was no sign they were even there other than the good looking roof.
Renee kept in communication with me and has great customer service.

Desert Sands did a great job re-doing our roof. The price was very fair. The crew cleaned up every day before they left. They put in long days and worked very hard to complete this job. We had a couple minor problems and John got back to us immediately, followed up and made sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. John has a great work ethic and high standards. Just to re-iterate.... every time I called to discuss the job, I was called back immediately whether I left a message or not!

I certainly would recommend Desert Sands for a roofing job. I had a roofing problem they completed the job in an efficient and professional way. I had them repair the stucco and paint my home again their crew was efficient and professional. Each day their crews picked up and cleaned up their messes. I was completely satisfied dealing with this company.
