I recommend Koala Roofing. I live outside of Arizona and it's always difficult finding a contractor when you can't be there in person to be sure the work is done properly . Deanna (the Owner) was very helpful and attentive to my concerns.. the price was fair. and in this economy.... a "Fair price" is a high compliment. Thank again to Koala Roofing

I had a leak... after multiple quotes, it was clear that my best overall approach was to replace the tile roof. Deanna (owner & estimator) not only had the best bid, but was comfortable to work with, included more in the bid than bigger companies, and scheduled the work promptly... AND connected me with a very good solar company that also underbid competition for that part of the job. Deanna stopped by daily to check the work. They did a good job and I recommend including them among your bidders, or as your only bidder.

Deanna the owner and her workers far exceeded what I expected from getting a new roof. Everything was spotless when they left each day. The workers reattached lights,our flag, etc. Which other company's stated would be my responsibility. I very highly recommend this company. Patty Johnson

They spread tarps over the whole driveway to collect anything that misses the dumpster. These are removed and dumped into the dumpster. The dumpster itself is a trailer and is hauled away every day leaving a perfectly clean driveway --no nails, not even a stone is left. So it is easy to drive into the garage for the night. This is the opposite of most companies that leave a dumpster in the driveway until the job is done. They use only the best materials and were the cheapest bid. In sum: well done roof with minimal disruption to my life

Koala T Bear was the best roofing establishment we here at our household has ever seen in getting our tiles replaced due to water damage. Deeena the manager is very professional and on it through her inspections. The price was very reasonable and they did take care of any water damage. Five stars all the way. Highly recommend.

We had some nasty storms roll through and noticed the roof started leaking in one of the bedrooms. I called Koala-T Roofing and they got someone out fast. Deanna showed up when she said they would, found the problem right away, and didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need.

They patched things up quick and even checked the rest of the roof while they were up there. Everything's holding up great now, no more leak. Good crew, fair price, and just solid all-around work. Would definitely call them again if we need anything in the future.

Being a recent resident of six years in Arizona sometimes it's hard to know who to trust especially with my largest asset my home.Deana has been in the Arizona roofing business for about 20 years and took great care of me and my elderly neighbor. I can't recommend her enough.Straight forward -transparent - punctual and came in with a competitive cheaper quote with better quality materials and twice the product warranty than what was a very reasonable quote from a larger company. Her Arizona business has gotten great reviews over the last 16 years because we checked during our decision making process. Fantastic Contractor!! We had a full roof redone, due to storm taking most of it. The owner, Deanna, is fantastic to work with. Her crew is amazing! The crew showed up when they said they would be there, Deanna came by and checked on her crew periodically to ensure everything was going smooth. Her crew was friendly, courteous and fast! They did an outstanding job with tear off of shingles and overall final clean up. We were very impressed and would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting or needing their service.

Had them come out to give an estimate. Obnoxious sales people coupled with an incredibly overpriced quote lead me to kicking them out of my home. If you take advantage of people who have not done research on what a roof costs, then you are unethical and I hope your business suffers.

I wanted to be proactive and replace my roof before any problems arose so I was looking for companies to come out and quote a full replacement of the underlayment. Deanna was professional and informative, indulging all my questions and giving me clear specific answers. She came out and did an free examination of my roof and provided a quote within a few days. The quote was clear and detailed. She also provide me with information on warranty time frames for the material and labor. I decided to go with her company and was scheduled to have the work done in a couple of weeks. I was very pleased with the workers that came, they were very considerate and kind and worked hard and always cleaned up at the end of each day. Deanna was there to check the work multiple times. I highly recommend this company! You will not be disappointed!

Recommended to us by a neighbor who is also an insurance adjuster, Massive freak storm took a lot of roof tiles off and did some damage, how no one was hurt I have no idea.
Called them and they came the next morning, Quote was very competitive and they were able to fix the roof within the week.
No issues, no fuss and no leaks (any more).
Will definitely keep the number on file and hopefully never call them again!

We had the misfortune to discover a leak in our roof this past April. We searched around for referrals. Deanna (the owner) was prompt, professional, accurate in her estimate and provided us options including a simple repair, as well as a full roof. Many other homes in our neighbourhood of Sun City Grand were replacing roofs so we knew it was just a matter of time.

Her contract clearly pointed out what possible incremental costs could arise should they experience any rot and need to replace some of the wood. They were on time, very respectful and completed the job as required.

I would recommend them anytime.

Amazing people with the best prices around. I got three bids and Deanna’s was easily the best. She cares about her customers and cares about the work. Easy communication, prompt responses, friendly, and an all around quality experience.

Did not use this company because i never got a quote. I dont understand how you can come out twice to look at my roof and never send out a quote. Terrible business practices as far as i am concerned. It been over a month and still no quote or follow up. Deanna was the first person to come out and look over the roof. We talked about a few options between sealing the roof and possibly foaming the roof. A week went by, no call or qoute. So i called, Deanna said she was going to send her foaming guy out to walk the roof and see if it was possible to do it within a certain budget. He did, he came out and walked the roof. But guess what, still no quote and no call from Deanna. I use to have a small business of my own and had a model of, treat every customer like it was your first. Maybe customers are not important anymore, maybe Deanna has so many customers, she doesnt need more. Regardless, this is terrible customer service. If this is how it starts, i am curious to see the end result of the roof repair. I quess i am never going to find out.

My wife and I just closed on our new house when the heavy rains hit. We had a roof leak. I saw that Koala T Roofing had a high rating. Deanna the owner came out and gave us a competitive estimate. After we decided to to hire them, they came out the following week and fixed our roof leak. Her crew was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We have a pool and they cleaned the debris out of my pool. Clean up was excellent. Deanna was very good to work with. She tells you exactly what she is going to do and there are no hidden costs. Had hoa holdups choosing colors and koala was very patient and understanding about the wait, and when hoa approved they started right away and finished fast. I lost paperwork and was given copies, great customer service as well as affordable and reliable would recommend to anyone needed repair or replacement.

We did not use Koala T Roofing based on our experience with getting an estimate. While I can't review their work, I can review their business/personal skills.

I found them online and liked that they emphasized quality. I called and scheduled them to come out to give us a free estimate. I booked the appointment one week in advance.

When it came time for our appointment, no Koala T! I did not receive a phone call from them either. I was thinking they may be running behind or maybe they were on the road over to our home. I gave them plenty of time and then I decided I would call them. She acted surprised when I told her we were on the schedule that day for them to come to our home for an estimate. She said she would be over within 30 minutes.

When she did arrive, she was not pleasant or friendly. It seemed as if we were a major inconvenience for her. My husband led her to the area needing work. When I approached, she didn't say hello, didn't introduce herself or shake my hand. No people skills at all. How are you going to book jobs when you treat people like they are invisible and an inconvenience??

She asked for my email and she said she would email an estimate within 24 hours.

She never emailed us an estimate. She never called to follow up or give us an estimate on the phone.

Apparently our business was not important to her.

No....I would not recommend Koala T Roofing.

Does not cut corners. Very serious about her job and getting it right the first time. Koala-T Roofing stands up to it's name. Quality!!!.
