They did great work. Gave me several options to help make the repair financially obtainable. Jerry was the best. His crew was efficient and they got the work done in one day.

Had a very good experience today with Skye Builders and Jerry Tapia. He was prompt and efficient. Was able to take care of my relativity simple repair all in one day. Would recommend comfortably for any roofing issues.

Do not recommend this company
They say and promise everything, but don't put it in writing so renege later
No contract, no warranty, no follow thru, no communication
Work left unfinished, fascia was being pieced together until we called them out (after having to find someone to speak Spanish)
Jerry NEVER checked on the work, during OR after. He left his "crew" on their own.
Promised many things including a walk thru after roof was "completed" Never heard from him or the office (who by the way, said opposite things from Jerry - the salesman, and didn't even know what a mitigator was)
4 weeks after we asked for a walk thru, they called to tell me they were sending the final "estimate" to insurance since the job was finished
BUT it wasn't - the fascia is painted and the roof vents aren't painted and the tree removel isn't finished.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

I meet with Jerry early in the morning for an estimate on repairing roof damage caused by a solar company. The weather forecast called for rain. Jerry gave me a fair estimate, contacted a crew and had it fixed that day. The next morning , I meet with Jerry, who personally checked to make sure that the work was done to his satisfaction as well as mine. Great job, Thanks

Jerry and his team did an excellent job fixing our roof and got us on their schedule right away. They are knowledgeable and have attention to detail. Their belief is do it right the first time. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Jerry was quick to come and inspect my roof and give me an estimate. He scheduled his guys to do the roof repair they were also also supposed to do some drywall work. I phoned him to find out when they would be coming to do that work and he told me he would get back to me later that day, he did not. A few days later I called him again and he said he would call me back, which he did not. So, I finally I called him five days later and he didn't even offer an apology for not returning my calls so I told him I would get some else to do the drywall work. A good business communicates with their customers and Jerry was lacking this quality. Besides, he charged me a transaction fee for using a credit card which is ridiculous and for the drywall work he was going charge me tax on top the cost. He must think he's selling a product instead of a service which should not be taxed.

To Skye Builders: your response is incorrect. You never told me to contact anyone else and said YOU would call back. We discussed repairing the exterior and interior and you even told me you could not match the paint. I said that I could get the paint and you said I wouldn't need much. Then, I told you to give me an estimate for both. Your estimate is described only as Drywall. So how would I know that it was only for the exterior when the interior is also a drywall job? Again, this was a communication issue on your side. What got under my skin the most is you didn't even offer an apology for not responding to my call.

Skybuilders is amazing, they are so good I referred a friend and they too were impressed and got a roof. Nothing but the best!!! They walk you through everything and it was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them I give them 5 STARS!!!!

Communication lacking. The first day they didn't show up or even call. They've had to come back twice to re-di inferior work and product that you could literally lift off the flat roofs. Blamed it on the manufacturer. Still don't have the warranty we were promises THREE times now. We would never recommend them.

Very pleased with this company. They were recommended by my insurance company and took care of everything related to repairing my hail damaged roof. Especially removing & replacing my solar panels. Excellent work and a pleasure dealing with their work coordinator!

We had a new roof installed by Skye Builders. Initially the wrong color shingles were delivered and installed. When we realized that it was the wrong color, Jerry at Skye Builders checked to make sure that the right color had been ordered by his company (which it had). They then contacted the supplier to reorder the correct color shingles and they were delivered about a week later. They then had to remove the wrong shingles, and install the correct ones. The whole thing took a little
longer than we had anticipated due to the mistake, however we were very pleased with
the service of Skye Builders. They did not charge us any extra money despite the additional shingles and installation, and were very understanding and responsive throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Skye Builders.

Had to have a whole roof replaced. The team that came out did an excellent job. Cleaned up as they went. The office helped to navigate all the insurance claims. They were great, would recommend.

Not only did Skye do a great job on the roof replacement, they were very helpful in helping me navigate through the insurance claim process. I initially received $2000 deal with the claim but Skye was able to work with them and get the whole roof covered through insurance.

Ya know how those sales people knock on your door and ask you if you want your roof inspected....yeah yeah yeah...we've all had them. But something told me to allow( probably the FREE)inspection. I told him that our insurance company probably wouldn't pay. Hubby was very skeptical and reluctant. Long story short, they did approve the claim and Jerry, the owner, knew exactly what to do to make it all happen. We have a fully paid for new roof within 2-3 weeks after the inspection Jerry, his crew, Paulina ( office ) were all professional but caring. Don't wait for SKYE BUILDERS to contact you. Well, after a windstorm a couple weeks ago, we had two tiles land on a solar panel and one on the ground. I sent Jerry a text and told him what was going on. He came today and put the tiles where they belong and added some sealant, at no cost to us. Again, we are very happy that we answered our door 3 years ago. Thanks, Jerry!

The were fast and professional. Excellent roofing replacement. I highly recommend this business. I would definitely use again. They did two roofs for me.
