Great working with Ryan and crew on our bathroom remodel. Very communicative, thorough and timely. Ryan helped us through the process and even provided his own ideas on how to make our remodel fit what we were looking for and within budget. Ryan did great job fully remodeling our condo that was built in 1905. He turned a very ugly and problematic old rental unit into a beautiful home in under 4 months. From building a custom banquette, to installing a mini split, Ryan took great care to create a beautiful space. It was his idea to expose a full wall of natural brick, which really made the whole place look outstanding. It was also his idea to install the mini split air conditioner, which I had never heard of. I’m so much happier now that I don’t have the old window unit. From adding crown molding in our bedroom, to installing beautiful baseboards, not to mention our fabulous new black and white bathroom, our condo went under a full transformation and we absolutely love it now.

This was my first home renovation experience, and Ryan made it so easy and stress-free — even when unexpected damage was found and needed repairing. His team was super transparent, friendly, and professional (shout out to Andre!). Ryan even connected me with a designer to select materials that would best-fit the space and fall within my budget. Super happy with the process and finished product, 10/10 recommend this company.

Ryan and team did an amazing job walking us through the design and their execution plan, and completed the project in a timely manner even given additional unexpected work. Honestly if I could give Ryan 10 stars I would! We had reached out to Ryan to do our kitchen remodel at the beginning of 2024. This was a project we had put off for years and years! From start to finish Ryan did everything he said and more! He showed us design photos of what the space would look like. He gave us clear timelines of when things would get done, and he hit every deadline! Our house is old and came with some challenges. Ryan never shied away from telling us that something needed to be changed or would work better if we did something else! We are about 6 months out from our project and still sit in our space and think how amazing it all turned out! I guarantee Ryan will be doing more and more projects at our home in the future!!

My husband and I hired Ryan to open up a window between two rooms into a doorway. He did such an excellent job and it only took him a day and a half. We are so happy with how it turned out! My husband and I hired Ryan to renovate and add a shower to the master bathroom in our 1891 home. Before meeting Ryan, many companies/individuals told us that adding a shower was not possible. A mutual friend recommended we reach out to Ryan, who is a general contractor. At our initial consultation, Ryan immediately started thinking of ways to solve our problem! He worked with our budget and came up with a plan; our project began shortly after!

We hired Ryan and his crew to replace a fence for us. The job was not easy: rocky, clay soil, so many tree roots and a surprise French drain. But they still managed to finish in one day and the new fence is beautiful! Ryan is professional, responsive, and gets the job done quickly and correctly. We would definitely hire him again.

My mom had an emergency flood issue and I reached out to Ryan at about 4-4:30p on Monday night. I explained I needed someone to go out to assess as I was out of town and couldn’t get to the house to help out. Ryan and his crew came out, determined the problem to be a faulty sump pump, pulled up carpet and baseboards. For a flood mitigation & repair / replacement (after hours at this point), Ryan’s fee was more than fair for the amount of work & piece of mind he & his crew provided! Prompt, stuck to the timeline, fair price, excellent work product, and they cleaned up after themselves - what more can you ask? The team at Denver Metro Handyman Services did an excellent job insulating and drywalling my garage. It was a job I was eager to get done because we had nails sticking out of the walls and our kids' bedrooms are directly over the garage; without the insulation and drywall, it was making their rooms much colder.

The final result is great! It looks clean and well done, and we can already feel a temperature difference in the kids' rooms. I highly recommend Ryan and his team if you need a handyman! I'm sure we'll be hiring them again soon.
