This is a scam, they are in a plot with the police / weigh station they will make up lies to "tow" your truck, police will take drivers to a hotel nearby before the "tow truck " arrives... lies ! they get in your truck and drive it to the impound. Stay away from doing business with these guys.

Got truck towed and they do not accept any type of payments except for cash, not even a bank transfer. (Not trying to report their earning I take it) This place is a scam with how they charge you. Closest bank is an hour away so good luck getting to that bank. No uber. And only one taxi service. Even he said this place is a scam and always does this. R/T taxi service is about $120 to get to bank. I honestly think they work with the local police to have this little scam between them. We noticed that they did not tow the truck either. They drove our truck back to their yard. We got towed at 2am and picked up at 10am. They towed (drove) 5 miles and charged us $1700 for the tow. Major rip off

When no one answered their phone at 6am even though 24 hr company, I stumbled upon this company at a convenience store and they were able to unlock my car doors, In 1 minute! They didn’t even hesitate. They saved the day and I can’t thank them enough. Companies like this are hard to find! Thank you so much!!

Very very bad people they charged me $1680.00 Florida called them to to my truck we had the permit and everything we thought we need they towed it less than 5 miles I asked for a breakdown of how they came up with this I asked for a supervisor and got denied on both stay away from these people big big rip off took them 3 hours to tow a truck 5 miles or less

STAY AWAY, SCAMMERS , They work with the local police. The police call them, but they don't even tow. They just get in your truck and drive, if something happens, they don't care, it's not legal because they're not on your insurance policy, They ripped the camera recorder off your windshield. So there's no evidence. GPS showed they were over speeding when drove Their area is mafia. Payments only cash and 3 times more the price. They're illegal. I think they belong in jail.

Sent them details about a car I sold that the new owner didn't register also the tag office gave me a paper proving I'm no longer the owner but they still want to come Ater me for the bill. Hope you go out of business after I blast you everywhere for your shady practices.

Saved my life literally. So, so thankful for this man coming to tow my car. There is a pot/sink hole that will pop your tire instantaneously in the slow lane going down 75 south right before the Love’s truck stop exit in Jennings, FL! This is the middle of nowhere. Spent half a morning trying to get a wrecker. Would absolutely call them for an honest tow time after time. Such a nice tow truck driver. Went out of his way to help me. God bless them x 1 million!

I bought a truck up in Indiana and got 60 miles from home and locked my keys in my truck, called AAA and honestly expected to wait about 6 hours. Dennis’ Garage got to me in 15 minutes. I’ve owned 61 vehicles and never once had that good of an experience with AAA.

We blew a tire on the I75 on our way back to Canada. AAA sent them and they were a God send. AAA wanted to split my family up but the driver said absolutely no. So thankful.

We had been fraud by someone and the agriculture department explained that we couldn't have known about it and they hadour semi trailer towed by this company we was told that we could go back to Georgia get another trailer and remove the load off the back off it so they gave us the information to this tow yard and we explained to them what the officer said and then the receptionist said oh to get the the pallets off the back will be 3,500 dollars I said huh the officer didn't say we had to paid she said yes and you can't bring your own equipment either so 3,500 for those 20 pallets this is a RIP off and they taking people hard earned money

We needed help badly. Our truck broke down on the highway. Stuck on the side of the road of I75 N. near Jasper Florida With two boys ages 14/15. Called Dennis' Garage and they sent us an guardian angel His name is Kenny and we cannot thank this man enough for his kind-hearted nature. Without his generosity we would still be stuck. He was very prompt,got to is in less than half hour, very gracious , kind and respectful. Just a friendly fella. I RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE

Had a blowout on 75 near Live Oaks. Used the AAA app to fetch service. I'm glad they sent Dennis's guy because he was very professional and not only showed up on time but kept me posted enroute. Made a bad situation manageable. I was back on the road in short order! Definitely can recommend.

Had a blowout on I75 near exit 460. Got phone number from a business on the exit. Called and they were there in fifteen minutes to change to the spare. Turned out, they couldn't change it, as I didn't have locking lug nut. They then sent out another truck that ended up towing me to a garage six miles down the road. Tow truck arrived in fifteen minutes. Great service, great pricing, and no extra charge for the first truck who couldn't change the spare, just the charge for the towing. Definitely recommend them!

Almost two weeks ago my husband, 6 month old daughter and I were on our way to Siesta Key for vacation when our tire blew in a torrential downpour. We called AAA and were told someone was coming to tow us. 3 hours of being stranded on I-75 in Live Oak, FL and MANY calls to AAA later Big Kenny came to our rescue. Turns out AAA had my phone number incorrect and Big Kenny had been trying to call me for over an hour to find us. After not being able to get ahold of us, and out of the goodness of his heart, Big Kenny decided to drive his tow truck around the area we were in to see if he could find us and he did! I can't tell you how grateful we are to him and how helpful he was. He knew exactly which 24-hour tire place to call to get us back on the road as quickly and safely as possibly. Truly a wonderful man and one that we will never forget as he helped us when no one else would. Thank you Big Kenny!!!

My family was stranded on I-10 for almost 3 hrs. Our U-haul had a flat tire. It took customer service an hour and forty five minutes to answer. I called Florida Hwy Patrol, they called Dennis’ Garage. Dan called us immediately. He said he couldn’t come without being dispatched. U-haul called back with an eta of 90 min from another company. As we we’re giving U-Haul Dan’s number, he called me back and said he’d start traveling towards us to minimize the time before dispatch called him. My stepson was broke down on I 75, they were the AAA tow service that showed up, the driver was awesome he wasn't even bothered that he had to tow the car 100 miles to our house in Jacksonville.

Me and my friends are from the northern US, so we were not in our element down here in Florida. We had our brake line leaking and had to pull over in a gas station lot.
It was Saturday and no shops were open, so we called AAA and they were gonna charge us an absurd price to tow it. With options running low and no where to go, we called Dennis' Garage to at least have our car towed to somewhere it can be fixed on Monday.
Then Kenny showed up to help us. Kenny is super nice, helpful, and personable. He towed our car and let us ride along so we weren't stranded at a gas station, and we were at least in a town. He was super nice and told us a little bit about that area. Kenny pretty much made our day and we couldn't thank him enough.

AAA failed to dispatch them until I called 45 minutes after the advised arrival time, but turns out they were never dispatched. Kevin called as soon as he was dispatched, super courteous great service. Very happy with them. After reading the reviews I was concerned but then finding out they had not been dispatched in the first place, there was no reason to be upset with the towing service. I asked the questions BEFORE they hooked up, got all the information first, no surprises. Fair and reasonable rates. As with anything, ask before you get service done, don't just expect things. Just because they provide a service does NOT mean they are a servant. A business is supposed to make money, you don't know what it takes to run one or how much it cost, so a complaint without considering everything is not justified. Again I'm very happy with everything. Thanks again

We really didn't know where we were when we broke down off of I-10. we just knew we was on the first exit in live oak Florida. Dennis's garage ink was the first phone number that came up on Google. When they tow truck arrived the gentleman tried to help us figure out what was wrong with our vehicle. When that didn't work he offered us an exceptional rate called ahead to a shop and made sure they could fit us in and took us there. The garage was also exceptional. Everyone was so helpful courteous and understanding to our situation. We would like to give a big thank you and a grave review for how you tried to help us.

Dennis Garage does all of our towing for us at Gator Chevrolet. They take fantastic care of us, reliable and affordable.

Just get in the same situation us Idris Walter did. Police was involved, I get a call from unknown number Officer said my driver arrested for unknown reason and truck was towed by Dennis Garage. We paid tons of money to get out our truck from this place. They didn't tow my truck, they drove my truck to the yard. I asked them to drop my truck in a truck stop 0.5 miles from the yard so my driver can come and pick it up over the night they said No. I wish they business will be closed soon.

Had a blow out on I75 south just before the State line. I called a tow company in Valdosta (18 miles away) they told me 2½hr. and $100. I then called Dennis garage they told me about 45 minutes. 15 minutes later Dee was done with my tire showed me my other tire was from 2013 and my passenger was the same year. He helped me find I shop willing to stay open to get tires and followed me. I did not expect this because when I googled Dennis garage I saw all the bad reviews. When I went to the office to get a typed receipt the customer in front of me was arguing with the clerk about price and calling them and the cops crooks for impounding their truck. I felt so bad for this lady being yelled at. You would have thought Dennis garage stole their vehicle. The only time I know police impound your vehicle or have it towed it's because it was in an accidents or the driver did something wrong.

Only reason they received a 1 star was because you couldn't go lower.... To start my semi was towed from the weight station and impounded and I was contacting this place the entire weekend and they weren't open even after station on Google they were.... Next when I had my other driver go to check on vehicle and the shop to maybe find a alternative number we where greeted by the Gm, D Ruiz he was very hostile and rude to my driver's and myself while I was on the phone trying to get information on my vehicle.... I received information on a number to call to talk to someone and to my surprise I had his work cell (D Ruiz) he proceeded to curse and screen on the phone and told me he didn't appreciate me calling his phone and to talk to his boss in the morning .. I asked him what was his problem with my guys and he couldn't give me a direct answer so I asked him was he upset for some reason.... He started to say they came on my property trying to steal MY TRUCK I started I advised them to go and check on the truck and to get a after hours numberso I could get my truck.... He said I am trespassing them from my lot and they can't get anything and for me to come get it, I said sir I'm 7 hours away why can't they get it and he said u don't want There kind on my property and talk 2 my boss , I said you are now sounding racist and u will talk to your boss in the morning... Next day I call the office the boss refuse to speak with me and the same guy D Ruis says you have to deal with me and that's it!!! I said u told me to contact your boss and you didn't want to deal with this situation, and he proceeded to say hey last night you said I was racist and you have to deal with me now and (laughed) .. I said fine no problem but what t he price for my vehicle and do I have to come get it or can my driver come it it ? After a full day of running around he agreed to let my driver get the truck after paying a ridiculous price.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP AND THESE PEOPLE THERE VERY RACIST AND WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! THEY USE THERE POLICE CONTACT TO EXPLOIT YOU FOR MONEY.. SMH bill was 2655.80 for 2 day storage and 6 mile tow..

KENNY is by far the nicest tow truck driver we've ever met! He was prompt, caring, and helpful. My family and I broke down on the side of the highway, so we were not having the best morning. We already had an appointment lined up with a mechanic before he arrived. However, once we made it to the shop (20 minutes later) all of a sudden the mechanic said he couldn't work on our vehicle that day. Just as we are thinking that our day couldn't get any worse Kenny said "I can help." He made a phone call and found us a shop that was best suited for us and our 3 children. He is a proud-local so he was able to navigate the area and provide great recommendations. His driving was phenomenal. He drove the truck with the ease of a compact car-- its obvious that he's been doing this for a long time, and he cares about people and his work. He deserves a raise, because you cannot find the kind of service that he provided in these days! He was just a genuinely good guy. I don't wish anyone to have care troubles, but life happens. If you are in need of help anywhere near the Jasper, Florida area--these are the folks you want on your side. Call them directly or ask for them by name wherever you call AAA. The service and the assistance they provide will brighten an otherwise bleak day.

A couple of years ago my dad and I were otw back from fishing and we broke down. Called AAA but it was Sunday and they couldn’t really find anyone to help. Then we got a call back and heard Kenny was otw.... it’s 2 years later and a few days ago we broke down otw to the Everglades. Guess who got called and arrived very quickly once again. Kenny was such a nice guy and helpful in every way. If I break down I’ll pay the money for Kenny to come get me because they are fast and will everything they can to get you back on the road.

We were hauling a 40 ft fifth wheel and got lost, turned on a dirt road that was a loop.. We ended up stuck in a ditch. D and his young partner Ethan were able to pull us out with no damage to anything except the license plate.. (unbelievable) There was also a couple of fishermen who stopped to help who got their small boat stuck in the soft dirt. They pulled them out from the kindness of their hearts.
The cost was very resonable for the work involved. They also escorted us to our destination.. They went way above in helping us. They were "extremely" respectful. Rick and Karen from Michigan

I called AAA yesterday Sunday the 16th, AAA informed me that Dennis Garage out of Jenning Florida would be providing the tow service, and it would take a hour. To my suprise the tow driver showed up and and loaded my car on the tow truck and we were to my destination to drop my car off.
