My wife and I woke up during the night to a roof leak during recent rains and upon contact the next morning Marcus was on site to evaluate and quote needed repairs. The quote was quick and what I determined as fairly and competitively priced based on research for similar work in our area on line. Upon my approval Marcus delivered materials to my home same day. His professionalism and promptness further instilled confidence and trust in his company. His crew showed up next day promptly and completed the work in quick fashion. The repair looks great and site was cleaned up completely. Same evening rainfall returned and the roof repaired further demonstrated success- no leaks. Mr.Marcus Buckner with Delta Blue was a Blessing from God Himself. My insurance company had denied my entire roof replacement .My roofing needs were the result of wind and storm damage. They wanted to cover the front slope and not the back (which had damage). Mr Buckner was very professional and dedicated. He was an advocate for the insurance providing the service I needed and had been paying my premium for over 20 years. Mr. Buckner continued submitting information to prove coverage on my behalf. After over a year, multiple calls, submission of pictures and written documentation my entire roof was approved 2024 and Delta Blue did a Fantastic Job.
