Mike and his associate were very helpful in explaining an issue I encountered. I did not have work done here.

I had my windshield replaced by the Dover location, back in March due to a rock hitting it and then the crack spreading. I was quoted almost $900 by Safelite to replace it due to some sensor in my windshield. These guys did it for WAY LESS ($359) and they were finished in 2 hours. (guess what - MY SENSOR STILL WORKED! The nice man that helped me had me test it before I left). My windshield is still holding strong and I will happily use them again if the need arises.

The guys here at the Dover Delmarva Auto Glass were incredibly professional and made sure to get my windshield done in my tight timeline with no issue!

Was recommended by Robin at VW Dealership in Dover, DE. Called to inquire about a quote for my vw atlas and gentlemen was very rude. This was my 1st time calling and wasn't sure what I needed when I called. He asked for my VIN # and I gave it to him. When talking to the gentleman he made me feel like I was hassling him. I asked the gentleman am I irritating you sir. I informed him I didn't appreciate the way the call was going and told him to have a nice day and I would take my business elsewhere. This is a business and you should not make customers feel like they're bothering you when bringing in business to your company.

I was transferred to the Salisbury area by an Auto Dealer in March of 1983. I am still an Auto Dealer and can not even begin to count how many times I have used DAG over that time. Always fair priced and great work done at a time convenient for me. I have utilized glass & mirrors, tint, accessories (hitches and sliding windows). I have not used upholstery YET :). I never go anywhere else

I needed a rock chip repaired on my windshield. I was in and out in about 20 minutes at a quarter of the price of the national chain whose employees wear a red and black uniform.

They came out today to replace my windshield! Did an amazing job! Very friendly staff & good prices! Definitely will use again!

The best customer service! I called and they shipped in my windshield overnight and was able to see me the next day! They were so nice and quick. My windshield looks great and they even replaced all the stuff i had attached to my windshield which was super sweet. Definitely a good recommend

The manager and technicians at this location were professional, knowledgeable and overall outstanding. They took their time to carefully address my problem and did it in a very reasonable timeframe.

Had both my wife's '15 WRX and my '93 Supra' s windshield replaced with them, and would 100% recommend this shop.

They provided great service. I had an appointment and got there late which was my fault. I told them l would reschedule. I was surprised they showed up in Milford to replace my windshield. I so appreciated what they did.

Went to DAG with a rock chip that occured on highway leaving work,as a Navy vet the gentleman at the counter had me literally in and out within 20 minutes of arrival more like 16 minutes,will be going to DAG for any auto glass needs two thumbs up.

Great shop. I had a new windshield recently installed on my VW Tiquan that unfortunately developed a crack from an apparent minor flaw in the glass. They inspected it for 30 seconds and immediately offered to replace it free as per my warranty. Much better than Safelite.

So far, Steve is helping...making possible..my navigating my car's repair at another site. I hope he is the one to install glass when the time comes. Intelligent, courteous, efficient. Help that was badly needed.

Excellent job done on my truck windshield, previous great work on my chevy a few years back and recently some great work with plexiglass on a repurposed table. DAG (delmarva auto glass) is fantastic.

This place is awesome done faster then it was supposed to be. Nice waiting area if you have stay. Awesome staff. Amazing work the window is beautiful.

I was recommended DAG by multiple people when I had a damaged windshield and needed to search around for quotes. Safelite had quoted me nearly 500 dollars, and they had a long waiting period of nearly a week before my car could be serviced. As the crack was growing worse by the day, evolving from a simple spidering to obstructing my view, and only growing worse the day of the repair, I needed the most immediate service I could get.
DAG was AWESOME. I was able to get a set quote over the phone, and service in a day (although i chose two days out but that was out of personal choice, which they were happy to work with). The guys there are friendly, respectful, and checked up on me a few times as I was waiting for the adhesive to cure. All and all, I was in and out in about 2 hours (most of that being cure time), and at a fragment of the cost For my windshield on my 2017 honda civic, I was out the door at 269.

They do accept Mastercard in case anyone needs that info.

Highly recommend Dag, and will in the future. Great team, great price, and great waiting period.

Great service and end result. Safelight wanted to charge us $750 to replace a Ford Fusion windshield. $250 of it was for calibration. These guys told us it was a scam, got it done for $300 cheaper, and everything works perfectly

Very pleasant experience with Delmarva Auto Glass in Dover. I compared quotes from all auto glass companies in the area and these guys were the lowest price. I scheduled the day before and opted for service at their location with absolutely no issues. All around great service in quality and professionalism. Couldn't be more pleased with my experience.

I took my car to Auto Glass Repair in Dover and 20 minutes later, I walked out to a repaired windshield. The crack was smaller than a quarter but still it is nice to know it will not grow larger. Courteous technicians and quick service was a bonus. I highly recommend them.

I just had my windshield replaced by DAG in Dover. I opted to have them come to my home since I live close by. They called me in the morning and gave me a time frame of when to expect them. The crew showed up on time as promised and did the job right in my driveway. The men who came to my home were very kind and professional. I had a great experience with DAG overall.

I would 100% recommend this place over safelite - you will get a better price here and the service was excellent.

They have amazing service with nice people there they get the job done right and quick and was also a lower price then expected definitely would refer them before safelite
