A huge thank you to Nick Schulz and the entire team at Del Mar Construction for the incredible job they did on our roof! From the first consultation to the final cleanup, their professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive.

Nick was fantastic to work with—knowledgeable, responsive, and clearly dedicated to making sure everything was done right. The crew was punctual, respectful of our property, and worked efficiently to get the job done ahead of schedule. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and the new roof looks amazing.

They also went above and beyond with cleanup, leaving everything spotless. It's rare to find a company that combines skill, integrity, and excellent customer service so seamlessly.

Highly recommend Del Mar Construction to anyone in need of roofing work—you won’t be disappointed!

Super nice guy. Unpretentious. Answered all our questions and did exactly as he said regarding start and finish dates, interruption time etc.

The workmanship was second to none and their creativity and suggestions throughout the process really enhanced the finished product. We had Nick and his crew build an extension on our house in New Smyrna Beach. It was a good experience working on the design and when built it tuned out better than we thought. Many good ideas from Delmar where in incorporated. Would not hesitate to use Delmar again.

Del Mar completed a full renovation of my condo in Diamond Head Point. They worked in tandem with my designer and architect to create a luxury coastal retreat. The finishing and quality of work were exceptional and the work has stood up to the test of time.

Do not use, They lie and I have letters to prove it. We took them to court which we settled, but then they ask us not to post anything about it. That was not going to happen. I wished other would have told the truth on here. I later find out from Board members of other Condos that they said they could have warned up about them. They go about 6 months past the due date and then never finish. We learned the hard way do not pay them no matter how much they promise they will come back and finish. They LIE!

I have used the DelMar company for 2 separate
remodels in New Smyrna Beach, FL. The 1st was our unit 226, which was
totally gutted down to the concrete block walls. A third shower was added upstairs and a total redo throughout the entire unit. The 2nd
was our condo 204, which was a 'softer'
remodel, redoing kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and adding beautiful built ins to each bedroom and tile flooring throughout the entire unit.
The 2 times I have worked with DelMar, I found them and their subcontractors extremely knowledgeable and professional. Answering
questions, making suggestions or pointing out why what I suggested
would not work in some situations.

I would and have recommended DelMar for any remodeling needs!
