Shane and his DeckPro team did a 10 star job on installing a beautiful deck railing, and the custom pieces (curved rails) came out absolutely amazing!!! They exceeded our expectations and completed everything on time and within budget. Thank you Shane!

I would use this company again. They bid less than other companies I asked for bids from. They built a nice deck in a short amount of time and without a mess. They were easy to work with.

This project has been years in the making, and we're so excited it's done! We have a beautiful, quality deck with a great design; and we couldn't be happier! During the job, they identified problems that could have led to structural damage to our entire roof and fixed these along with replacing the deck to a better than new condition. Shane, and his crew at Deck Pro, did a fantastic job on our deck this last fall. The installation crew were very professional and did an awesome job. The installation crew also cleaned up their mess and was very good about taking care of the shrubs and trees around the job site . And when it came time to settle up, we had a couple add-ons, and Shane was very fair With the final invoice . I would definitely recommend them.

UPDATE:

DeckPro dit it again!! Added a matching glass framed wind barrier to our rear deck and framed in deck panels to our front portico and hand railings. Another great job by DeckPro!!

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

DeckPro was awesome!! We were having a hard time finding a contractor that could take on our large rear deck with overhang and tying it into our existing home while still making sure it supported its own weight including a significant snow load requirement. I found DeckPro online and Shane Belnap responded promptly to my request for a quote. I sent shane the plans and he promptly provided me with a quote. We moved forward with DeckPro and Shane worked with our building department to obtain the proper permits and quickly established a good working relationship with the local building inspectors overseeing our project. The crew showed up on time every day, got right to work, and cleaned up before going home making sure everything was covered and secure. We made several changes along the way and Shane was very accommodating, making sure the final project was exactly what we wanted. Shane even worked with other vendors to install custom metal wildlife panels with a rust patina finish for our deck railings. Shane and his crew clearly work well together and take great pride in their work. Shane even took it upon himself to make sure any exposed hardware matched the rust patina finish on our wildlife panels. It was great working with DeckPro, Shane, and his crew and it could not have been a better experience for my wife and me. Our deck is the showcase of our home, and we owe it all to DeckPro!!

These guys are awesome! They built our deck addition and pergola even when it was snowing. Their work was impecable and clean. It matched the original deck exactly. It was quick and done! Our next door neighbor went with someone else 2 years ago and it is still not done...

DeckPro is a great company to work with! I called multiple deck builders (in Rexburg and Idaho Falls) - and Shane was one of 2 that actually called back and could commit. That is huge plus in this unique economy. He was able to step away from a project to come give me a bid within a day of my call. He actually gave me a timeline, even though it was a ways out, it was much more than I could get from other builders. He gave me a calendar date, and stuck with it! He and his team showed up on time and were very friendly and explained the process. They were open to ideas/requests for the project. They did a great job!! The deck is very solid and materials are high quality!! I highly recommend Shane and the DeckPro team!!

This company is outstanding. From the quality of work, quality of product, politeness and skill of their team, as well as clean up. They were well prepared for work and a very hard working team. In addition, their follow up walk-down of the job revealed a parts omission. They immediately ordered the part and had a plan to install before we even called about it. I highly recommend this company.

Shane and his DeckPro crew just finished installing a new deck at our home. The substructure work is of high quality and is very solid. The composite decking looks great with color that matches the exterior of our cedar home. The deck railing looks great with black blasters and black post caps. I highly recommend DeckPro as your go-to business to do deck work.

We had a deck built by someone else (because we didn’t know about DeckPro) and when it was finished it was still quite shaky and was bowing. We came across Shane’s name because we needed a gate and a section of fence. He mentioned he also built decks. We asked him about the shakiness of our deck and he gave some suggestions. We ended up asking him to fix the problems that the original guy had missed/didn’t do. His guys came and were able to fix it correctly and we couldn’t be happier! I am confident that if we had went with DeckPro to begin with, it would have been a lot less stressful, way less money and finished correctly the first time!

I'm willing to recommend this company to anyone who wants to build a deck. The deck is in high quality and their service is worth your money. They built my deck years ago. When I called them for help this year(2020), they came right away and got the work done. I'm very impressed by their professionalism.
