DaBell home improvement center installed windows and a sliding glass door in our home. They surpassed our expectations by far. The installers Rusty and Henry truly did an incredible job. My father worked in construction for many years;when he pulled up to see our new windows he was astounded. Thank you DaBell for having such high-quality windows. I encourage anyone that is considering replacing their windows please contact DaBell home improvement center.

As a consumer, especially in these times, it’s a question of who is going to get our money. We need work done on our home. There are many details to figure out, but what I do know is that DeBell has an A+ rating with the BBB and that all of their licenses are active and in good standing with the state contractors board, but what sold us is how LONG they’ve been in business for. A company CANNOT still be in business for 32 years making mistakes. When Roger came out to our home, he explained our options and the differences between all the alternate options. He definitely answered all of our questions. I did peruse the online reviews and what I saw were mostly good. How can you be in business for that long with zero negative reviews? We went on our feelings and impressions of the company and couldn’t be happier.

With that being said, what kind of people are we dealing with? Apparently, owners who care, as we have the cell phone number of one of the owners. We were pleasantly surprised with the fact that this a real thing with this company since there are no call centers and faceless strangers to speak with. Turns out that they really do care about what we have to say. We are in the middle of a project with DeBell; the windows and front door have been completed, and siding is on the way. After the contract was signed, my wife and I headed to the showroom in Reno, NV. It is the largest showroom in the area, and helped my wife to determine the specific details, to confirm both DeBell and we were on the same page. We found it comforting to have the personal attention and we were both able to touch the product that was to be installed. The windows and front door have already added so much to our home and look amazing, things can only get better with the siding. When everything is done I will post before and after pictures so you can see the transformation.

While my wife and I were not expecting to pay what we did, you really do get what you pay for. We want the personal attention and coordination of our project, with the best materials available. DeBell has certainly valued our home as much as we do. Our project is complicated, but DeBell is easy to do business with. Their installers are clean and efficient, and really did treat our home well for the window and door install. The guys handled everything without complaint, taking blinds to the dump, moving my pool, without any damage to any of my property, while keeping the area clean that they were working in. Probably not the typical window installation job duties for everything done, but that’s not in my wheelhouse. I just appreciated the help. Buyers beware of imposters-there is only one DEBELL.

I just had a man come for a scheduled quote to replace a front residental door. The literal 1st words out of his mouth were, "you should use Home Depot, we don't sell doors less than $5000" didnt ask me my budget or try to sell me anything. Really awful salesman who didnt want to do his job. Is this how you guys treat every person????? What a terrible way to have your business represented. I own multiple homes on the same street that need new doors and windows and thats the service you provide!? Disgraceful, embarrassing and shameful! Great 1st impression Debell! What a joke!

Need a new living room window...called around and then called DeBell. Spoke with Melissa, the owner and couldn't of found a nicer more informative¹ response to my question.
She was able to educate and let me k ow exactly what I need to do and even offered up several places to call that would help me.
If they are ever able to help out in my future, they will be the 1st I call.

Proficient work by experts. My windows are lovely, & to my delight, I can no longer hear the freeway @ night. I especially appreciate the caution & care taken while using ladders in my flower beds. I would recommend DeBell to anyone. Thank you.

We purchased windows for our home and they are beautiful. The crew showed up in a timely manner to Yerington. The were extremely professional, polite and neat. They installed 8 windows and you wouldn't even know they were here! I expected it to take most of the day, but in all honesty, they were done in about 5hrs. It was very clear to me the crew knew their stuff. Cudos to Debelle windows and their staff.

This company will take your money. Literally. Whether you approved a purchase through them or not. Proceed with caution! Owner was absolutely rude and personally invasive on the phone, knowing I was canceling my order, they charged my credit card anyway!! Totally intentional. Not to mention they were twice as much as the nearest bid from another company. I'll never do business with them.

I wanted to replace all the windows in my home because the old ones were just letting in so much cold air in the winter and cooking me out in the summer and DeBells was definitely the right choice for me. They are honest, fair, and such great people to work with. They got my windows installed as soon as they came off that truck and I couldn’t be more excited about how they came out. I absolutely love them. I will absolutely being going through DeBells again for my next project!! Thank you so much for all your hard work guys

We are so thrilled with how our new windows make our condo so beautiful!! Melissa and Bill D'Andrea came to our condo and did a presentation. They showed us the options and recommendations for which windows would be the best for our changing weather in Incline Village. They had great advice for us!! When it was time for the installation, the foreman Ahko and his crew were thorough and so professional! They even took extra care to make sure our cat Fergus was not disturbed or frightened. We had 27 windows replaced and the job was completed in 2 and 1/2 days. One of those days, we had a snow storm, and they continued to work through it. The finished product is gorgeous, and we already notice that the new windows make a difference in the temperature of the condo as the days are getting colder. We HIGHLY recommend DeBell Windows and Melissa and Bill!!

Ana and Dannyn came out when it was time for me to upgrade to new windows and a roof. They explained everything thoroughly, took their time and were professional. Because the roof and windows are being done as a bundle I also received a substantial discount. I’m happy with everything and Dannyn and Ana made it even easier and stress free.

Professional, courteous, beautiful work at an awesome price. I had triple pane windows installed on a stucco exterior and DeBell did a wonderful job. I couldn't be happier.

Buyer beware! I would never recommend this company. The DeBell window product looks nice from the outside but is not of the quality I was promised. It looks cheap on the inside with hokey quarter round. June 24, 2020, It has been only one year and the caulking is cracked on all 4 corners of the window. The owner Melissa refuses to have this fixed because I left a bad review on google. I have lived here many years and done business with MANY companies. Make sure you get all verbal promises in writing (that may help protect you). I took them to small claims court and because I did not have their promises on the contract I did not get my money back. I was promised a quieter noise reduction window than the Milgard windows I had installed earlier in 2018. The better quality window (Milgard) was installed by Briteglass. Dec 2018, DeBell used ugly looking mismatched quarter round to seal large gaps between the window and the flange. The insulation and energy efficiency is also sub par compared with the best quality, Milgard window from Briteglass. The DeBell window is triple pane but very minimal noise reduction. The window panes are equally spaced and provide very little noise reduction. The owner is a liar !!! I told the owner my main concern was noise reduction. The owner William D'Andrea promised me a better noise reduction window. Mr. D'Andrea and the sales people just want your money. Make sure you GET EVERY PROMISE IN WRITING !!! I would also advise thumb prints and signatures. Plus their products are severely overpriced !! I had other windows, Milgard brand from BriteGlass and have found the Milgard Tuscany & QuietLine windows far superior to the DeBell cheap products. BEWARE !!!!!!!!

I went into Debell Showroom and they give an awesome demo on how windows evolved and I felt smarter and it was very cool. The choices were nice and the fact they come out and don't charge to is great they know the difference between and economy job and doing the work right to make my house worth more and the value im spending to last so its totally worth it

Visited the Showroom to look for improvements for our building. Very helping and amazing products. The showroom looks Amazing! We love the bathtub!

This company does not back what they tell people, to get them to buy a product. They claim to have a life time warranty and when you call them on it you are expected to contact the manufacturer yourself. The workmanship was poor to begin with by not having well trained or qualifird installers. Out of 7 windows installed in my house, 6 walls were cracked and they sent someone out twice and the cracks still showed. Now the windows leak whenever it rains. The parts of the windows that are used to pull the windows in to wash, no longet work. The response was if I wanted to buy new windows from them. I would never recommend buying anything from this company. They claim now only to be contractors. They are the worst contractors I have ever dealt with for work on my home. Do not waste your time or your money.

We purchased all new windows on our home from DeBells in Oct 2017. They were very responsive through the sales process, and the windows were installed in Dec 2017. The installers pointed out several things they needed to come back to fix - and they have NOT been back! We have called the company on SEVERAL occasions and have heard nothing but excuses (sales person was out due to medical emergency, changes in management, phone system was down, etc.) - The point is that SOMEONE from DeBells needs to come back to fix our windows! We paid top dollar and expect the top rated service that was claimed and promised! Over six months of waiting for a reply is NOT acceptable!

I would never recommend this company. We bought all our windows this company and had them installed. We had to have them come out 4 to 5 times after that to fix things that the installers messed up. One of our sliding glass doors from the time they installed it, was always hard to open and we had them come out several times on it. But they found nothing. So one day we couldn't even open it and had them come out and they found the rollers on the bottom were all nicked up from a wooden crate type staple from when they installed the door to begin with but I still had to pay for them to fix it their mistake. Nope would never recommend this company!

I had all my home windows replaced in Dec 2016 just before Christmas. My experience from the initial order to the installation was excellent !! I would highly recommend DeBell to everyone.

We had all of the windows in our home replaced with DeBell windows in 2008. We have never need to call for additional service or repair. The installers were professional, quick and polite. The took the time to explain the features of the windows and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving the job site. In addition, our energy costs were greatly reduced after the installation of the windows. We were extremely pleased with the product and with DeBell's service.

DeBell installed several windows in our home in 2006 and we have never needed a service call. Last year, when we were looking for siding, we called them right away. They did just as good a job on our siding project, so we had them side and roof our storage shed to match.

To top it off, they insulated and put matching siding on our dog house! :) What great sports!

They have always provided great service and are easy to work for.

We have used DeBell Windows multiple times and plan on installing them in our new office. They have outperformed our expectations each and every time. Our oldest windows are over ten years old and have yet to let us down. We have had great experiences and would definitely recommend DeBell Windows.

DeBell has a fantastic product line that they offer. Their windows are some of the best from my experience in construction. This coupled with their professionalism and attention to detail you really cannot go wrong.

A week to obtain an estimate that was no more than what he had said at my home in an e-mail. Then I requested additional information to submit to insurance as well as a proper estimate and got the response, "tell your adjuster to get off their ass." Not a professional encounter at all. Worst part is it was all from the owner. No customer service skills at all.

I couldnt even get a call back from them. I called them a week ago and asked to set up an estimate/measurement appointment for 7 windows(entire home) and the lady on the phone said Bill was the one that handles it and would call me back that same day in about an hour when he got back. its been a week and still no call back. Too bad, but we were not going to go with them anyways(just trying to get estimates to get an idea). Ended up going with a different company.
