DDR Quality Roofing & Sheet Metal

I had contacted other companies prior to DDR, not only did they not know what they were talking about, they had given me ridiculous amount of money for estimate. To me neither of those companies were worthy of talking to, until I came across with DDR. I have used this company for some issues that I had on my roof a few times. The owner or the top manager of the company by the name of Dan came to my house and looked at my roof and fixed the problem with very little money. In one occasion, he didn't even charge me. Dan is a very descent, gentleman and an honest person. I would use him again, probably in a couple of years or so, I will do my whole roofing with his company/him. Reviewed by Habib Eslami, PhD.

Did are metal roof and very good at cleaning up. This was a new roof and very pleased with the metal. Metal roof keep are house a lot cooler then the tile that was on it.

Really great company and people. They do top notch work and made sure the yard was safe again for my kids to play in. Highly recommend!

Dan and DDR installed a new aluminum roof on our oceanfront home, summer of 2014.
He tore off the old and rusted galvenized roof, prepped and installed the new one in about 3 weeks time. He did a super job at every phase. He came to bid the job and answered all of my husbands questions. My husband is a home builder; very knowledgeable and very scrutinizing. He is also hearing impaired. Dan was very patient and professional. We returned to our home for the installation process of the job. The site was always left clean. The workers were professional and courteous. Dan came often to check on the job and worked on it most days himself with his guys.
We had to leave Florida before the job was finished, and everything was done as promised. We had one problem with high wind, and a small piece of trim came loose. Dan came out quickly and fixed the problem and we've never had another one. Dan's a great guy and does excellent work. We will recommend him to others and call on him again in the future. Our roof looks great ! Dan and his crew got straight to work,laying down tarps to contain the mess from the old roof tear off.the price was right and we liked doing business with a state certified roofing company.and I think you will too. Charlie Winkler, Ormond.Fl.
