I have emailed in on 2 seperate occasions with no response from your company. In both emails, I have asked that you all would address your employee & ask her to stop feeding the feral cats in our surrounding neighborhood. She's not even feeding them at your business ( that would be bad for business, right? ) She's walking across the street & dropping food at a neighbors & leaving the paper plates/trash which I brought up in the first email. As of today, she upgraded to nicer containers. We put these back in your porch. She does not have to live here & deal with the repercussions of these feral cats. Here's is some information on this which I hope you'll share:

Feeding feral cats can have negative consequences for cats, wildlife, and the environment. Some say that feeding feral cats can:
Endangered wildlife: Feeding feral cats can attract predators like coyotes, foxes, raccoons, skunks, and opossums, which can then threaten people, pets, and property.
Spread disease: Feeding feral cats can lead to disease transmission.
End the reproductive cycle: Feeding feral cats can contribute to the survival and breeding of cats, which can threaten public health.
Cause suffering for kittens: Kittens can starve to death, or die from infections, worms, or fleas.
Cause nuisance complaints: Excess food can attract wildlife, and empty food containers can become an eyesore.

Again, I did try emailing twice with no response. If she wants to trap & rehome them (whether it be her home or somewhere else) not a single neighbor would have an issue with that. She'll need a cage to do so, though - not just free feeding like she has been since atleast March of this year. I & all of the neighbors on our road would highly appreciate your assistance in this matter. Thank you!!!

I have had multiple HVAC companies come out due to cooling issues with our downstairs. Jeffrey was the first to tell me the condenser unit was not large enough to support the forced air unit. We recently purchased this 2014 constructed home so this came as a surprise and in my opinion, an oversight by the builder and previous owners.
Jeffrey explained the entire situation, answered all of my questions, provided me great direction, and answered additional questions unrelated to the issue at hand.
He was the first honest person to tell me the reality of the situation. I will use him and his team as my preferred vendor and highly recommend!

GREAT SERVICE!! We had a full schedule of patients the day our AC went out. DDI came to our rescue and had it fixed the same day.
