Dealt with owner himself today. What a nice guy and very personable. I was looking to fix a splash problem off the roof during heavy rains. John made me some extra long and taller gutter splash guards on the spot, even provided all the hardware to install. Spoke with me about his future business goals and how he keeps his team motivated. Chris came out to give our estimate and answer pre- install questions. He is very helpful and friendly to talk with. They got us scheduled quickly-- we opted for new gutters versus just repairing our old ones. Stu and Lory were the install crew. They were also friendly and got the job done in about 3 and 1/2 hours (as expected). They walked the yard at the end to get any small debris before leaving-- worked clean. We opted for the new system since we just got a new roof and want to protect it better. We recommend A+ Gutters!

I can't say enough about A+Gutters, they are an amazing company. Over 3 years ago they installed my gutters, and did a fantastic job. I didn't know what color I wanted (not white) Chris the young man that came out to give me the estimate, suggested black to match all my trim and front door. I didn't want down spots running down my driveway, Chris suggested "Rain Chains." Not only the gutters good for your home, they really made my home pop. I had a lot of compliments from neighbors.

In August of last year, I had my back porch extended, by a lot. This required my gutters to be remodified. Chris came out to do an estimate. He asked me "have you thought about adding a roof on to your porch?" Which l had thought about. At the time I had no idea A+Gutters did that kind of work as well. I got an estimate for porch roof that also took care of my gutters.

Rachel (the girl wonder of the office) is truly an amazing person to deal with. I hope she gets paid for what she is worth!! I had several issues with my HOA. I am not a contractor, or engineer, I really didn't understand how I was supposed to give them the material types, drawings, etc. Rachel handled everything with HOA. The 1st applicant, the resubmitted application. Rachel and I were on a 1st name bases, she knew by phone number when I called.

A+ got my job started and completed quickly. The gentleman that came to the door was friendly and explained what he would be doing. After he was done he took me around the house and showed me what he had done and any little extra pieces he put up to help with water flow.

I had A+ Gutters install gutters on the sides of my house, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service provided by Chris, Justin, and Rob. Not only did they install the new gutters perfectly, but they also fixed some minor damage on another gutter free of charge! They took the time to explain how the new flow system would work and made helpful suggestions for managing the gutters. They were friendly, professional, and really knew their stuff. If you live in Jacksonville, especially in a home that didn’t come with side gutters, I highly recommend these guys. Do you have a swamp on the sides of your house? Call A+ Gutters! Went with this company after good reviews even though they were a little more expensive than the other estimate. Small job adding a 7 inch gutter to the back of my house. Office lady has an attitude on the phone. She answers as if you’re bothering her. My wife found a large screw in my pool beach entry and another small screw on the steps after they left, glad my 2 year old didn’t step on either of them. Black marks on the white gutter as well that I hoped would come off but after getting the house professionally pressure washed it remains. Kind of ruins the point of new white gutters with marks black marks on them. My original gutters on the rest of the house look fine even being 3 years old. Overall just a poor experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Everything was on point from the time I talked to the estimator to the installers. Everything the estimator told me was on point and accurate . That alone made me happy. Most importantly, the installers were very respectful, very detailed, and extremely professional. They showed me everything they did, showed me pictures of the leaf guards on the upper parts. It extremely hard to find companies like this in today’s time. We have been meaning to write this review since day one of our experience with A+ Gutters just based on customer service alone ! The estimator, the installers, and even the owner went above and beyond our expectations. The whole staff worked with us on scheduling, and solving our runoff issues. Our gutters have been installed for about 6 months now and are still working in pristine condition. We’ve had numerous storms with no issues. A+ Gutters installed gutters, downspouts (and even a French drain) on our new home. We even called them later to make some additions and they were very responsive. This company is reliable and professional and cares about the quality of their work. Their workers are knowledgeable, friendly and willing to explain what they plan to do. One of the best part of A+ Gutter Company is that they DO NOT SUBCONTRACT THEIR WORK PROJECTS. All of their installers are directly employed, trained and certified by the company owner, John.
We recently had A+ Gutters installed in areas where gutters were never installed by the previous owner of our house. John came with high recommendations. We really appreciated his promptness to come to our house with short notice time and shared with us knowledgeable advice and suggestions. The products we chose were excellent quality gutters and guards and were also very reasonably priced.
The installer, Randy was awesome! He was punctual, neat, thorough and very meticulous to match the old worn out ones with the new gutters. He cleaned the old gutters super well before installing all the guards. I needed one downspout moved and was told that whole end of my house gutter would need to be replaced for 500$. I told them no and said I’d sign off on any leak guarantee snd they said just to put on a new downspout would cost 400$. Very unprofessional and another business to gouge prices.

They installed my gutters on my house after my roof was replaced. The owner came to my house and was very professional. He set up a date to completed the service and his guys showed up on the scheduled date and completed the job in less then two hours. In todays day it is hard to get reliable companies to just show up when you wan them too. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
