Our deck was in disrepair. We were not confident with the estimates we had received. I heard an ad on a local Christian radio station about Beyond Average Builders and decided to take a chance; I am so glad I took that chance!! Demolition began the week after we finalized the contract and the new deck was finished in a matter of days. The construction worked around a termite extermination appointment (at my request) and even after the project was completed, BAB obliged us by performing a couple of tweaks to the deck. For my next upgrade or repair, I will no doubt “sole source” the project to BAB. Thanks for a job well done!

Clint and his crew did a wonderful job building porch landings and pergolas for our new pool area. The crew was extremely professional and nice to deal with. Our only issue is the portion of the deck they did makes the old deck look really old now! We need them to come back and do some more work!

Beyond Average Builders had dedicated skilled teams for different aspects of my job. As I am semi retired / work from home, I observed almost 100% of the work. Crews took care to do their tasks well, deliberate and to a high standard. They worked with my input and my satisfaction was their paramount concern. The finished product was 100% what I expected and what Clint and I had spoken about.

Great work all around. Affordable as well. The process from quote to completion was less than three weeks for a porch and screen room.

We recently hired Clint who owns Beyond Average Builders. We can’t say enough good things about him and his work. He built a couple of walls to make a closet in our upstairs bedroom, along with finishing some other small projects. He showed up when he said he was going to. He and his guys were very respectful of us and of our home. They put down a paper trail from our front door to the upstairs where they were working and removed it at the end of the day and then put it down again the next day. The work he did for us was done excellently. We will be hiring him again in the future for some other projects. I would highly recommend him!!!

Very professional company, wonderful owner, and his workers are very meticulous on doing their job. We had a screened in porch that needed fixed because of storm damage and they made it look brand new pleased.

Clint and his team rebuilt our porch, repaired siding, and repainted our house. In the process, he discovered some improper building techniques in our porch that were causing issues with the roof and would have long-term effects. He made sure to fix all of those problems and it’s a relief to know it’s been done correctly and will hold up for a long time. The siding repair and repainting are excellent and we’ve received lots of compliments since he finished. Clint is trustworthy and worked hard on our house.

I first met Clint on NextDoor when he responded to another post. He came a day or two later to provide a quote for replacing a sliding glass door at my mom's house and did everything by the book as far as obtaining a permit before beginning the job. Once approved, he arrived on time and him and his partner completed the job in a timely manner. My mom and I are extremely pleased with his work! We plan on having Clint work on future projects in the home. If you're looking for a reliable and honest residential contractor that has integrity, then Clint is your guy!

Clint and his guys do excellent work. they’ve done deck repair for me, put up new decks, installed doors, cabinets, rebuilt a pump house, and helped me with general remodeling on several projects. I highly recommend them. They are honest and trustworthy and care about pleasing the customer.
