Our service team was the best! They were professional, on time, always called before arrival and were very nice, interesting professional roofing experts. There is no "bait and switch" with D and D like many other companies. From the bid and proposal of our significant roofing repair needs, to the remediation of damage that was not in the original bid, the service people were professional and trustworthy. Many companies send out a faceman to propose the bid and then give the job to whomever is around. D and D sent professional, skilled tradesman at every step of the way. Our roof is repaired and the price was within our budget. They came when they said they would, and they completed the job in a timely manner. Thank you D and D!

D & D Roofing just completed a roof replacement and my wife, and I were very impressed with their work and professionalism. On their last day the crew pulled into our blacktop driveway only to discover that their truck was leaking its power steering fluid. The next day they came out and power washed it but stated that if we weren't happy with the result, they would resurface the area. It took us a couple of days to decide but when we ask them to resurface it, they came out that very day to do it. We live an hour away from Reno where it is often hard to get any contractor to show up yet D & D Roofing were great every step of the way, we highly recommend them.

I recently had D&D replace a 5000SF flat roof on a commercial building and I could not be happier with both the process itself and the final outcome. From the day I called for a quote, Rich was out within 24 hours with a detailed proposal and took the time to go over every step. Due to the addition of some rooftop solar after the new roof, my project was a bit more complicated but Rich and his team did a phenomenal job of coordinating everything with the solar installer. I had constant updates and was always able to reach someone immediately with questions. The install itself was very smooth and finished on time. D&D was also very competitive on price and came recommended by several other contractors who had worked with them in the past. It is a relief to know that my roof was replaced correctly and I no longer have to worry about leaks. The warranty that came with the roof and the reputation that D&D has to back it up were also a huge piece of mind.

I had to redo my roof after purchasing my house. The staff at D&D were knowledgeable and helpful. Where others had failed they'd succeeded. It took 3 days to finish my smaller house and the crew were kind and professional

Called for an estimate and was told someone would contact me. Next thing I know I received an estimate in the mail. They did a drive by. No big deal but I would have liked to talk to them. The price was acceptable so we had them do the full replacement of the roof. The roof turned out nice and they did a fair job of cleaning up. The one thing I we would say bothered me was that there were nails all over the yard and driveway. Now several weeks after I am still picking up nails. I would recommend this company but be aware.

I requested a quote via the website. The estimator never even called me. He did an unscheduled drive-by, which made my wife nervous because there was a random guy parked out front staring out our house. He emailed me a quote in an empty email (no context or words, just an attachment with quote).

I was very excited to get the quote from D&D. Their reviews are generally awesome and all the major shingle manufacturers recommend them. My roofing job was theirs to lose, but they lost it before I ever even saw the price. You might have a better experience and I think they do good work, but I had a really bad experience with their estimating process.

Will recommend D and D roofing highly because of their skill, reliability, timeliness and excellent quality of workmanship. The guys were all personable and kept the work site clean and safe. They quoted us a price and timeline that was adhered to.

I had gotten good recommendations for D&D in order to replace some roof tiles in order to sell our home. We were on a tight schedule for closing and I told D&D all of this. They scheduled a time frame (up to a week) to come out to look at it and give me an estimate. So a week goes by and I don’t hear anything. Well apparently they don’t do work on homes during the buying/selling process. They saw the sign in the yard and left. Didn’t call me to let me know. Now I’m down another week and have to find someone else. Really poor business practices. Obviously didn’t listen to me, and then a complete lack of communication. Two essential elements in doing business.

I called and drop by D&D Roofing and David personally escorted me to pick up a few pieces of concrete roof tiles. Tom helped as well and these guys were excellent help even though I know my business for them is super tiny. But if I need roofing help again which I'm sure I will for other clients I will start with David and Tom at D&D Roofing. Thanks guys

If i could give 0 stars i would. This is to notify everyone that D&D roofing do not practice good business ethics; They not only called me a liar (as the customer) but they also did not keep their word in regards to a warranty. I had them perform work on a building they were here for 30 min patched a screw hole and sent an invoice for over $700. Less than 30 days later, it was still leaking from the exact same spot. I called the office and asked if it was still under warranty? The girl who I spoke with said that if it is the same leak then it is covered. The technician showed up and I once again confirmed with him that the work performed would be covered under warranty, he specifically said to me that we would not be charged for this visit because it was covered. So they climb on the roof and work for about 40 min and say they made a repair in the membrane and send me a second invoice for over $400 so we are being charged over $1100 for the same leak and 1 hr 10 min of work . When I called them back and asked why we were being charged the second time, she said they made repairs to 2 different spots of the building even though it’s the same leak and I said I asked you and the tech if it was covered and you both said it was and she said that she talked to the tech and he “never said anything like that”. The leak should have been fixed on the first visit and was not, so they are charging twice because they did not properly fix the leak the first time. Not only did they call me a liar but they will take your money if they have to come back for the same leak that they were supposed to repair. So if you have them as a vendor please do yourself a favor and remove them. We have made several recommendations to all of the properties within our company and are removing them from our preferred vendor list. In fact, when we told the girl who works for this company that we would pay the invoices but they would be LOSING our business, her reply was “that’s okay” and did not seem to care, seems like they don’t really want the business anyway. Very disappointing

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They do not do business face to face. All business is done over the phone or email. There was confusion and the wrong part of my roof was touched, therefore my issue was not fixed. They refused to right their wrong and told me for an additional cost they can come out and fix the original problem. This company is a joke and should be avoided at all costs. Since they didn’t fix the problem we are out $1800 and seeking a new company to fix our leaking roof. AGAIN AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! I would ask questions and they would avoid answering them only to repeat themselves over and over until I had a enough of them raising their voice at me. You have been warned.

Absolute trash! called to set up an appointment for an estimate they told me the day and time a week out and didn't show up. Called to see why, and they told me the gentlemen had the day off and didn't know why he would have setup an appointment. Called the next day and they told me they don't even have a schedule. Lost my business forever.

We had our house roofed by D&D Roofing in January 2018. While it took longer than anticipated to start the job, D&D kept the original estimate and waited until the weather was optimal. They were the only roofers who agreed to take the old (30 year old) roof off and replace it. We were fortunate to have Dale (the foreman), Eric and Alex (the roofers) do our roofing job. They patiently explained the process and showed us all the material they were using, along with all the warranties. They answered every question and even took the extra time at the end of each day to make sure we were satisfied with the progress and work. At the end of the project, our property was left as clean as when they started. We would not hesitate to recommend D&D Roofing for your roofing needs.

The process from estimate request to completion of the job was simple and well done. The repair looks good and the price was very reasonable.

DON'T! This is the best warning I can offer the consumer. DO Not Hire this company to go anywhere near your roof. We were stupid enough to contract D&D Roofing with the promise that they went beyond the standards and that their installers were the best in the industry. D&D sent a group of ill-trained hack men, from God knows what country, who slapped our top-grade shingles onto the decking with only 2 or 3 nails (which the code requires 6 nails) ruined countless shingles along the way, severally damaged large sections of our gutter system and then tried to cover it up, and discarded nails, shrouds of sharp metal, and their garbage throughout the perimeter of our house. There was so much discarded sharp metal throughout the site that the workers blew-out one of their trailer tires and one tire from one of my vehicles. After the installation we had wind damage within a week. Save yourself and your money...DO NOT HIRE D&D Roofing!
