Roof and gutter cleaning at a great price. Did such a good job the first time we’ve gone several years between cleanings; an excellent value, did all the clean up they promised, and friendly professional crew.

Brandy did a painstakingly careful job of painting my entry last fall and it’s lovely! Her crew just finished painting my house a couple of weeks ago and they did a wonderful job. They were fast, efficient and friendly, AND they cleaned up afterwards!

Regarding Shantel Wazny Review. Shantel was overly aggressive & hostile towards our employees. Actually got into their faces within inches, acting crazy. Her Roof was covered with debris. Estimate was written to clean, replace customer provided tiles –at a price state on the estimate, general cleanup & treatment on roof, pressure wash gutter fronts & install flashing at points where her roof was draining water behind gutters. She had stated prior to us starting work, that she had tiles. She also made calls, emails and voicemails, stating that there were “no broken tiles, besides the ones her ex-husband had broken and the ones the last roof cleaning company had broken, when the last roof cleaning company they hired, slipped and fell on the roof, damaging many tiles and then that company never came back to fix”. All written in email, also saved voicemails. We have before photos that show even thru the roof debris, that there were broken tiles on her roof prior to us ever starting work for her. Her gate post was not cemented into the ground and was affixed to her siding with 2 one inch screws, shown in her photo, and actually fell on our employee when he went to open it. It is standard practice to have side gates open, accessible and in good operation for us to travel between front & back of home during the roof cleaning process. Why she left her dogs out during Scheduled work, while she was not home, is un-known, and not our responsibility. The paint flaking off the trim when we pressure washed the gutter fronts, was from the roof draining behind the gutters, where we stated to install flashing & overall lack of up-keep on a painting which is a regular maintenance item. It is important to know that she lives in a heavily tree covered area. She also had stated in email, that she had stopped her landscaping service as of August the prior year. We completed this work in late January/February. Much of the debris she shows in the pictures she had collected, was not solely from the roof cleaning, but from several months of winter weather and again lack of yard maintenance. We were not hired to do yard maintenance, nor did we give pricing for yard maintenance. We completed the roof cleaning, treatment, gutter front pressure washing, installed the handful of tiles she did have. She had stated she would get more tiles & let us know when she had them, so we could come back to replace. We confirmed with her 2 times, that we will come back & install the tiles once she has them. When she complained about the debris, we stated we would come back and do additional clean-up. She refused us to come back to do additional cleanup. During the time she stated she would be getting tiles and calling us, she had 2 other roofing companies out to Walk all over her roof. She did not call us when she had tiles available to replace, nor has she paid us in full for services rendered. She also collected an insurance payment from this. So she basically got paid to have her roof cleaned and treated. We have placed a lein on her home for non-payment in full of services rendered.

pleasant in scheduling but showed up very late. Didn't finish, broke my gate left both gates open and one broken by them. They never mentioned it let my dogs out and they ran away. I called to find out why it wasn't finished was told on Monday as they weren't there at 10 am yet that they were coming from a normal late start. They sprayed all the debris into my plants, rock landscape and most of it off into my backyard 3-55 gallons full that was a part of a cleanup cost. Upon driving into my driveway they were writing up an invoice one guy still on my roof as I saw dozens of broken tiles that were not broken before they got up there. I questioned it and was told it's 170 -180 lbs of pressure it happens, no apology for the broken fence nor comment about open gates they neglected to close but said he would close them today and he did except the broken one they failed to communicate that I believe they busted intentionally instead of pulling the string to get in. Horrified at the damage, and they sprayed paint off of my trim, I asked how many tiles got broken I was told after a count A LOT at least 40! OMYGOD my heart sank and it was no big deal to them! I called repeatedly for days with no reply and finally sent an email to where days went by without response that this was unexceptable and I had already called a tile specialist to repair the damage that caused me anxiety while panicking that my roof is leaking in the rain and it WAS they created over 30 leakers on my roof and broke dozens more. I had cracked tiles in valleys a maybe 6 small chipped tiles that were cosmetic but they destroyed my roof, my yard, dumped debris off into my rocks and back yard and broke a fence and I had to purchase over 100 tiles, 3 trips to get them and they used 6 tiles I had from my garage from the last roof clean from another company that they charged me for! When he replied to the email he casually wanted to bring all his crew on my roof after destroying it and I said they were not authorized on my roof as repairs of the damage they caused was being done before it destroys my attic and interior walls. Without apology or an offer of professionalism to repair the fence, clean up the massive mess and compensate me for the damage he just never came out but sent an invoice threatening a lien and charging interest after several days which kept coming in the mail one after another even though I sent them 500.00 less the damages and cost of repairs to my roof and yard. I turned D&B into the BBB and then contacted the attorney general (they have already been turned into the Attorney General) And today got a letter they have put a lien on my house after emails of literally lying about what happened at my house, fabricating stories but they put a lien demanding full payment. Unethical, unprofessional and lies even though he was never on my roof for the estimate, never came to clean up and repair damages or offer to make it right only said he wanted to bring his entire crew on my roof to assess which he couldn't because he bid it without getting on it and I never signed any contract. He then blamed the tile professional and everyone else for the damages including blaming my dogs which were never outside for the problems. Insane and I highly recommend you find a professional service as this guy loves to put liens on homes instead of honoring quality work with integrity.

I have had two services done by D&B this year, roof cleaning and exterior painting. Both crews did an excellent job and really went above and beyond what I expected.

Their prices were very competitive and the owners are great, they even communicate via text message which I love! 10/10 will use again.

Great work at a great price. I was a little concerned at first when I called and it took them a couple of days to get back to me, but I'm very glad I gave this business a chance. We had 4 different companies come out to give us a bid on a new roof. Dan not only gave us the best price, he really seemed to care about getting us the best product for our home -- no runaround, no upselling. The work was completed skillfully and on-time, and the new roof and ridge vents look fantastic. We've had heavy rain since, and no leaks. Very happy with D & B. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Service questions

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
