DB Roof Co.

This company was hired to do a roof job for a house I purchased. In order to close on the house, I needed a roof certification on the existing roof. I paid this company for that service but did not receive that certification. The company did the job for the previous owner and when I requested to be refunded for the non existent certification, they gave me lots of excuses; will stop by and drop it off, will put it in the mail, etc. I called, emailed/texted and never got a refund. I even went to small claims but the owner is not the person who did the roof and that went no where. Needless to say, if you hire this company do not give them any money up front. Better yet, find someone else. Bad business practices all around. I still haven't gotten my refund.

I give them 2 stars as a courtesy, as the owner is at least a pleasant person. I needed a small repair (chimney supports pulled off roof by snow). He was going to send someone out on a specific Friday. On that Friday nobody showed by 2pm, so I called. Was told that the ‘repair guy’ would be there Tuesday if he didn’t make it out in the next few hours. No show on Tuesday. No response to my call that afternoon. Called the owner on Wednesday, who told me he was booked 3 weeks out and he’s just trying to work in little jobs like mine where he can. I asked if I should call someone else, and he said yes, if I was in a hurry to get it done. Since I have 3 exposed holes in my roof, which he had seen, I told him that yes, I would go elsewhere. Seems nice enough, but I wish he would have told me that small jobs are not worth his time to schedule into workload when he first came out and said he’s do it.

This is a fantastic company ,local company, and a great value too..Drew the owner is very professional, polite , caring and true to his estimate in fact we saved a little .His employees are also fantastic polite professional,courteous on time .the come to your door let you know theya re there and then go to work .they don't mess around they work and hard all day long .I really am impressed at these young professionals great job Drew and guy's . Chase ,Colton. We now have new roofers and yearly maintenance we don't have to worry about our roof .We also now have new freind 's Call Drew at DB Roofing you won't be sorry

Loved working with the entire crew, one of my fave things was their great attitude. Extremely professional, thorough, and make sure the completed job is up to your standard. Highly recommend for any job, big or small!
