I urgently needed a new hot water heater installed, and I had a few quotes over $2,000 due to the specific size I needed to fit in a very tight space. They all would have taken two weeks as well. Mike came by the next morning right on schedule, drove an hour away to pick up the only tank in-stock anywhere, and installed it that afternoon. He also moved some gas lines to make the space more functional, cleaned a birds nest out of a pipe I have venting out the back of my condo, and installed a screen to prevent the bird from coming back. Oh, and he saved me a few hundred bucks on the bill.
