Davis Frame and rep John Shafer repeatedly ASSURED us they had builders to put up their frame package in our price range before we gave a deposit of $26000. Once they had this money they never could provide that imaginary builder. Bottom line, they STOLE our money because John Shafer repeatedly MISLEAD us to get the deposit. Now our phone calls are being ignored by Austin Ward who offered a refund, so apparently Davis Frame has terminated our contract and decided to keep our money. We've been met with nothing but DISHONESTY from this company. Get yourself a real builder and STAY AWAY from Davis Frame or get yourself a real lawyer to protect yourself from their chicanery.

Wife and I bought a 2 br, 2 bath house kit from Davis. Price was right and they were great to work with on the design and materials. Even found us a contractor to put up the shell on our foundation. The materials were top quality and everything came together like a good plan should. Would recommend them highly.
