I called Dan’s Same Day Handyman’s service on a Thursday, and they scheduled an appointment for Friday to install a flatscreen TV on a wall in my new home. I was told the price would be $ 149. On Friday, they did not show up. I called and the company and said they got busy and would come on Sunday between 9-11:00 am. Again, they did not show up. I called Dan’s same day handyman’s service to ask about the appointment. Someone called back and asked about the job and then quoted me $ 650! Okay, $ 650 to install a flatscreen in CRAZY and not what I was originally quoted. Needless to say, I completed the work myself in 45-minutes. Would I recommend or ever call these guys again? No way. The service is totally unprofessional and the bait and switch in price is highly unappreciated. Had they told me they wanted $ 650 to hang mt TV, I would have laughed and hung up. Geek Squad charges $ 150. I specially told these guys; I have all the equipment and the wall outlet was in place. This was just highway robbery and a waste of my time. What a joke. Best advice, stick with reputable companies.

I called this business and was told they would have someone out at noon. They sent out a guy named Obed from Isreal and his helper from Honduras. They showed up at 2:30pm. I asked Obed if he could replace an interior door. He told me yes. I came to check on his progress and the photo of Obed trying to replace the door clearly shows he has no idea and no experience. He wrecked my custom door jam by chiseling into it and drilling unnecessary holes when he should have used the previous ones that were already there. I told him to stop and that I was going to talk to the company about the damage that he caused. He left a mess and began to swear at me on his way out of my home. I have called more than 10 times with no owner to talk to and only lies from those answering the phone calls. I also found out from the department of labor and industry that they are operating with out a licence. Also the 12460 Jonathan Carver PKWY, Chaska , MN 55318 is not a physical address so you can not talk to anyone in person as they do not have a physical address. STAY AWAY! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY AS THEY ONLY ANSWER FROM A SECRET LOCATION or THEIR CELL PHONES AND WILL NOT TELL YOU WERE THEY ARE AT!

Very unreliable. Nothing about this was same day service. On Saturday, we scheduled an appt for Sunday afternoon between 12-2 pm. No one came, no one called. We called at 3, were told they were running behind and would call when they were on their way. No call ever came. Called first thing Monday am to find out if we could reschedule since no one came on Sunday. Was told a manager would call me back. Waited all day, NO call from anyone. Called again first thing Tuesday morning. Politely expressed my frustration and was told that they would definitely get someone out that day. At 3:00, a technician called and asked me to explain what the issue was, said he needed to consult with his "expert" and then would schedule an appointment for the NEXT day. I expressed frustration that he wasn't coming that day. He said he needed to make a phone call and would call me back in 5 minutes. I waited an hour and a half before calling back again, since he never called. Was told by someone else that I should call the technician. I expressed (again, politely, but with a little more emotion!) that I was extremely frustrated, as the issue we needed help fixing was very time sensitive and I had now been stuck at home for 3 days waiting for a technician that never showed up. He was polite as he listened and then told me he would either have the technician call or a manager. It is now 2 days later and still have not received a call from ANYONE. So, Same Day Service this is definitely not...I can't even seem to get a same day phone call from them, despite several promises to do so.

Awesome client service from every single person you talk to it's obvious they make it a priority. Mike was amazing, he worked after hours to fix our plumbing and had a great attitude and sense of humor about it. Highly recommended.

Mike and his colleague installed 30 new cabinet pulls, 3 fans and also mounted our 75 inch TV, and all of it was done perfectly and efficiently. No damages at all. We will be hiring them again for our upcoming projects!

I had a really bad experience. A handyman came to do a job involving my refrigerator and a cabinet, which he botched. Before he left, I was on the phone with a repair company to schedule an appointment for a repair that was not related to my initial problem. I called the next day and was promised a call back within an hour. That was over a week ago, and I have called 3 times since and been told the same thing. A very disappointing experience that I am hoping will be addressed.

Mike the plumber was great. He arrived on time and was honest about what was going on. He helped us fix the problem at the lowest cost to us. He also made the appointment because he knew we were without hot water even though he generally doesn't work on the day we got scheduled for. I definitely would call him back for more help if I need it.
