Dan and his team completed a deck on our new construction home this spring. He was able to work us into his schedule immediately in order for us to meet code prior to inspection. He and his team were professional, accommodating and very easy to work with! Dan was always available for questions and his communication was exceptional! I requested a quote for a railing project which my insurance co requested me to have done. I contacted Dan's for an appointment to get the quote but they never got back to me.
Their work looks good from the completed job photos I've seen but I have no first hand knowledge to know if that is true or not. I wasn't given the opportunity. If they weren't interested in doing the job all they had to do was say sorry but not interested. Why do businesses treat potential customers like this?

We asked Dan to convert our rotting screened in porch to an insulated climate controlled sun room. His crew replaced the foundation and brought everything up to code for a great price. As the project moved forward my wife and I asked for a few specific design choices and Dan came through on all of them. Highly Recommended.

We selected Dan’s Construction Services to complete an addition to our home. The magnitude of this project included complete renovation of the entire interior and exterior of the house with the intent of making our home an age in place home. Dan came out and showed us some materials and offered Some good ideas And colors that would look nice. Dan's Construction just completed a Trex deck with two sets of stairs for me. I am thrilled with the outcome! Dan was pleasant and efficient in overseeing our deck project, his crew worked tirelessly to complete their work, despite bad weather and the issue of trash on my site. Dan’s team did an exceptional job replacing a large deck for us last summer, and they just completed two more decks for us this March, including one that is built into ledge. I came across Dan's Construction by accident while searching the internet and I'm glad I did. I read the reviews and checked out the company and contacted for an estimate. He was quick and professional and reached out enthusiastic to work. What I really appreciated was his communication and honesty. His estimate was accurate and if any changes were made he communicated the change in cost before moving forward. There were no hidden costs and surprise changes. He communicated at the end of the day where things stood and what the next day would bring. The work was quick and the employees showing up to do the work worked hard and were professional - always cleaning up at the end of the day. I can't say enough good things about the people he has working for him and in the end how great of a job they did. We are very happy with final product. We ended up removing a wall in our house and adding a kitchen island and countertop. I will absolutely use Dan's Construction again for home projects and I highly suggest you give them an opportunity!!

Dan is super nice and easy to work with. His team worked all day to get our roof replaced which had damage down to the rafters. He is knowledgeable, fair and trustworthy. I highly recommend this company and will definitely hire them for future projects.

We called after seeing a recommendation on Facebook and we are very happy we did. We had them build a covered pergola off our back sliders, and since we live in a log home, we wanted rough hewn lumber. Not only did they order the perfect stuff, they carved little bits out of it to make it look even more rugged. Dan’s folks are top tier carpenters with great skills. It was a pleasure to work with them and we will call them with any future needs.

This is our first time deal with Dan’s company, his is a very nice person, always answer your y, even we don’t speak very good English, our store take almost 4 months to finish, during these few months he help us a lot , and the work team are very nice people !! Renovating my girlfriends townhouse in Holland mass and inquired for a new deck thru several referrals…One contractor had an expired construction license, one came and never quoted me, and the last contractor quoted me but it took him a month to get it to me and didn’t know when he could do it..I googled decks and I contacted Dan-he met me in Holland the next day and had a quote within 24 hours!
He pulled the permit and kept to the schedule and did a great job on the deck since it had to be exactly like the other decks as we are part of a condo association. Couldn’t be happier! His workers worked great and got this 10 ft high deck done in 2 days! Dan is the man!

Dan's Construction Services replaced two existing pressure treated lumber decks. reinforced all floor joyces installed new support beams, and poured cement footings. The new decks entirely transformed the area. Dan was very timely and thorough with his estimate and detailed with the work performed.
