"We had a mixed experience with Custom Sheet Metal. Initially, we contacted them for a quote, but surprisingly received an invoice instead. Fortunately, the issue was quickly resolved.

We later decided to hired them for a portion of our project, based on their technicians demonstrating impressive knowledge and confidence in their work. However, we were caught off guard when they requested a deposit for the job, citing a "new client policy" that wasn't mentioned during our initial interaction.

Unfortunately, this changed our plans, and we opted to explore other options that better suited our needs. While Custom Sheet Metal's expertise is undeniable, their inconsistent communication and unexpected requirements led to a disappointing experience.

Pros: Knowledgeable technicians, quality work
Cons: Communication issues, unexpected deposit request

Wouldn't consider them for future projects, but with clearer expectations upfront. I could definitely see them being a goto for major jobs.

Amazing service! From the time I first called to the time my AC was fixed was 3 hours flat! Ron arrived promptly, was professional, friendly, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He went to get the needed part and was soon back to install it. The part was covered under warranty, so Ron even filed out the warranty paperwork so there was no charge for the part. Will use again. Thanks!

My AC unit stopped working and our house had hit 89 degrees. I called and left a message for the company a 5:30am and immediately received a call when they opened at 7:30am with a scheduled appointment for the first in the afternoon SAME DAY! I received a phone call approximately 30 minutes before the Ron the Technician arrived. He was courteous, professional, not only quickly diagnosed my problem but had it fixed within an hour. That was including the time he had to run get parts! Cannot recommend Custom Sheetmetal and Roofing enough! Wow best service ever!
