Cracks everywhere after just 3 WEEKS from when they finished. Poor quality work and completely unreliable.

I hired CSB Construction (also known as NY Construction 1 Inc.) for concrete work on patio, concrete cosmetic stucco covering below the exterior siding of the house, and to reseal the driveway.

They finished the job on the 9th and I started seeing cracks in the cement and driveway by the 20th. I have contacted them over a handful of times about the cracks and issues and every time I've been told that they are coming tomorrow. NO SHOWS every time.

They even forgot to reinstall the banister after they removed it to complete the stucco. It has now been over 12 MONTHS and still NO SHOW.

CSB destroyed my cement foundation, cement deck, stairs, and driveway and refuses to take any responsibility. As recent as October 2023 the owner Muhammad, claims he's going to fix the work and continues to not show up and give excuses.

Fabulous job The quality of their work was exceptionally impressive, reflecting a high level of professionalism. Furthermore. Their efficiency was commendable, and the pricing structure was both competitive and reasonable. I would highly recommend this company!
