Horrible all around

Did an estimate , we filed claim together and then they never answered our calls after that and never came back to talk with claim adjuster like they said they would absolutely would never consider them for anything after that felt more like a scam than anything else

It was advised to my wife and I to check into our roof as it was aging and at a certain point insurance only covers so much plus we recently had hail so it was an easy decision and we also received a recommendation to reach out to Crown Roofing for the repairs. Turns out, that was a no brainer decision by the time it was all said and done. To start, their team member Jacob came out and walked through the process of explaining how it would work then he took the time to walk the roof and show me what they look for as well as what the adjuster would look at. After that, it was smooth sailing. Jacob stayed in touch to ensure we were comfortable and keep us up to date on material orders along with when the roofing team were coming out to install the new roof. No hidden costs no additional fees and no side work that came in at the end we didn’t know about. All in all, fantastic company and a fantastic experience. Completely satisfied by the level of service!

I can't say enough good things about the experience we had with Crown Roofing and Solar Company! We not only used them for our roof, but also for our siding. I have never seen a company fight for a homeowner like they did for us. It took two long months of back and forth with our insurance to get them to agree to do our home properly. Crown never gave up and pushed to make sure that our home was done properly. Everyone that we dealt with at Crown provided amazing customer service. The crew that did the job was polite, punctual, and left the outside of our house spotless when the job was complete. If you are looking for a company that will do the job properly Crown Roofing and Solar is the company you want for the job.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company for your roofing and gutter needs. After a hailstorm, we filed an insurance claim and upon looking for roofers we found Crown. Although we received other bids, our gut feeling was to go with crown and they did not disappoint! The owner was kind, informative, and easy to work with. Every member of staff I encountered was awesome, including the nice guys who did our project. We got the roof we wanted quickly and done well. Our gutters were also replaced and look amazing. They also cleaned all nails and debris after they were finished, ensuring the safety of our dogs in the backyard.

If you’re looking for a company that will advocate for you against big insurance companies, this is the one to go with. I felt like I had someone on my side, to protect my home.

So, the owner is a hot head that loses his demeaner when questioned about the invoice of services charged to the insurance that appears not to have been performed. The owner Justin can't confirm these while not being anywhere on site when work was allegedly done (no job forman was on site when told there would be). Once Justin met and was questioned by the home owner he became aggressive and unhinged after being questioned about the integrity of the service. The homeowner while having a toddler present then demanded him to leave. The crew who performed the job left upwards of 75 nails in the yard around the home, where children and pets play , the gutters were stopped up by nails and other debris. Note: Gutter screens were already installed prior to this service being performed. They (the crew) also smoked cigarettes and marijuana on the property with no smoking signs present (due to oxygen being in use) they left the gate open and the family dog got loose for several hours. An apology email to the home owner (half hearted at best) be it as it may, an offer of good faith reconciliation gift card would to be sent was offered. 7 weeks later still no gift card. Integrity is a big part of business and this company seems to struggle with this aspect.

I had a horrible roof experience 12 years ago and I didn't want to repeat that experience, so a friend recommended Crown Roofing and Solar. Justin and his crew was amazing to work with! Very professional and quick to respond. We had a few hiccups along the way and Justin made sure that the issues were addressed in a timely manner. I can't say enough good things about this company and will recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs!

Started working with Taylor when we found out the roof was leaking during a storm, she was fantastic to work with, very responsive, knowledgeable, flexible to our schedule, and patient because our insurance company had to send the check in the mail 3 or 4 separate times until we finally received one and they could get the ball rolling. When the roofers came out, they were done the same day by like 3pm! I was so impressed! Also one of them liked to sing up there while they were working so that was really funny to us haha
Only other feedback is that I would have loved a little more notice ahead of time for when they were showing up since we have dogs to work around letting outside when they arrive, but overall, great experience, the roof and gutters look great, and I would recommend them!

Taylor was the best from start to finish! She was very helpful and knowledgeable, was able to answer all questions with courtesy and professionalism. Will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know

Just had our roof replaced by Crown Roofing & Solar and was very happy the way it all worked out! I really appreciated Matthew. He did a great job working with us. The workers were very efficient from start to finish and did a great job cleaning up!

Very kind and professional! Had a leak in the middle of the night and we were able to get it fixed right away! Hopefully don’t have to call again but I know who I will call first!

Ben was very knowledgeable and thorough when inspecting my roof and other areas around my house and took time to explain the whole process and made the claim with me to my insurance company. He was very personable and I felt very comfortable with him.

My roof was replaced and Crown Roofing did a great job getting the work done, quicker than what was originally promised and then the guttering, shortly after. They did a great job and my roof and guttering looks fantastic.

From my experience these guys are the best roofers in Wichita! I’ve done my research and these guys are the real deal! They were just finishing up when I came home at lunch to meet with Ben one of the owners of the company we both walked around the house to check it out and I had no complaints. Highly recommend

We had needed a new roof for over two years but failed to find the time to address it. Justin and Ben helped a lot and make things easier than I had imagined. I thought it was going to take me a lot of time with the insurance company but they handled a lot of that. My wife wanted a skylight above the kitchen and they delivered!

My insurance company paid me $600 to fix my roof until Crown Roofing got involved. Now I am getting enough money to replace my entire roof. I don't know of any other roofer that could have got me the same outcome.

Justin is a pleasure to work with. After an ugly hail/wind storm he facilitated the rood replacement on nearly 200 of my rental homes. I could not be happier qith the service and quality workmanship.

We had a minor leak around our chimney, and a few rub marks on the front slope from a tree we recently cut back. Justin and his crew fixed both issues in a timely manner and at a fair price.
