Crown Finish

We have used Crown Finish twice now for various repairs around our house! This most recent time, Dan came out and was great. They work quickly and have fair prices.

I found them off their truck on the road. They responded quick, were friendly, and did a great job. My project was very small, but we will have them bid out some other projects for us.

I’ve used them twice over the last couple of years. First in a kitchen remodel and recently in a six-figure remodel that encompassed two bathrooms, windows, exterior doors, siding, stairs, electrical, plumbing flooring, painting, framing, trim work and more. These guys can do it all.

The entire team is very professional and friendly. They are constantly thinking three steps ahead of problems that could potentially come up. Their pricing is fair and competitive but will add up real quick, so make sure you have a thorough understanding of the scale and scope of the project as well as variables that could come into play if you doing a cost plus project.

I really have no complaints except that their communication needs a little work. This is an area the whole team can improve on. Trades are still hard to come by and most still seem to take on more work than they can get to, so patience is always a virtue in a large remodeling project.

If and when I take on another project which hopefully won’t be for some time, Crown Finish will be my first call.

I was installing a kitchen sink, and the counter cut didn't fit the new sink. I called Crown Finish, and Austin was out to the property within 60 minutes. He was thorough and precise and took great care not to damage countertops or cabinets. I valued the rapid response and Austin's craftsmanship. I had a great experience with Crown Finish.

We remodeled our front room into an office. Crown Finish took care of framing, drywall, painting, and electrical, as well as demolishing and moving our entryway coat closet. Everything turned out great. It looks like this office was always meant to be there. I enjoyed working with everyone that came to my home.

I also appreciated that they were very flexible. They provided an initial estimate which we responded to with some changes (mainly removing some work to save on the cost) and they didn't mind at all.

Then the final bill came and it was lower than the estimate, which is always a nice surprise. It took a little while for the work to get started (mainly in waiting for the door to the office to arrive) but once it started it was done very quickly.

I would have liked more communication or some idea of what things would happen on what days. Sometimes I wouldn't get a response to a text or email for 2-3 days. But I think that's pretty typical with construction. I didn't dock them for this though because everything else was definitely 5 stars and communication wasn't bad enough to remove a whole star.

Great service! The guys were really friendly. They got the job done fast, they worked tirelessly until it was finished. Let me just say, my backyard was a forest of weeds 8 feet high and in less than 3 days it was all grass.

Crown Finish does impeccable work! We had an emergency in the kitchen that needed work done right away and they quickly came to our aid! We decided to do a full kitchen remodel while we had the chance and it was so worth it! My favorite part is the backsplash tile that Austin installed. Their workers are trustworthy, kind, and even my kids loved joking around with them. I’m never uncomfortable or worried about my home when they’re around. Everyone who sees the work they did for us is amazed! We already have them scheduled to work on our basement and hope to use them for many fixes in the future!

I had the pleasure of working with Crown Finish; their professionalism was a breath of fresh air within an industry that doesn’t have the best regarding follow up and attentiveness. Crown Finish was able to meet our carpentry needs and do so on time. I believe the company would be worth anybody’s time.

Danny and Austin and their team replaced our entire first-level flooring, removed our old countertop, built up kitchen cabinets to the ceiling (including adding a functional--though small--box to make use of the space), installed plug mold lighting under our kitchen cabinets, moved electrical switch locations, installed a walnut panel as a replacement for our peninsula backing, repaired damaged drywall in our basement, and hardwired an exterior outlet to an interior switch after we had a flood in our kitchen from an exploding dishwasher. They also replaced our kitchen toe kicks and carefully moved costly appliances (stove, fridge) according to my instructions so I could keep using the fridge during the remodel. Danny returned my calls/texts in a timely way, was on schedule with each phase of the work, and was extremely fair wrt pricing. I did the majority of the demo myself, and Danny didn't charge me for any of the originally estimated work. I was impressed with the politeness of his crew and their expertise. Crown finish came and remodeled my mud room and laundry room. They did a fantastic job. I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome. :)

Crown Finish has been a great find! They restored my basement after a sewer backup and it’s better than before. Needed a ramp for a wheelchair in a hurry and they came the next day! They always answer my call and are usually able to see me the same week. Recommend them highly and their staff is a pleasure to have in my home.

This is a family owned business and they are by far the best contractors I have ever worked with. They’ve done the backsplash in my kitchen, tiles around my fireplace, built in shelves, curtains, blinds, electrical stuff and the list goes on....They’ve done all of this in less than a week!!! They will also be finishing up my basement soon! On top of that, they are friendly and very nice people! DONT HESITATE TO CONTACT THEM!
