We were in need of some major renovations on the exterior of our home and were having significant problems finding contractors that could meet all of our needs. Chad came to give us an estimate and provided so much hope! We got new siding, fascia, windows, patio door, gutters, gutter guards, and a lot of rotten wood replacement around windows, our garage door, and porch. Chad made a few recommendations on the porch that elevated the look so much! Ruben, Tricia, and Deb were all spectacular to work with and made the experience a great one keeping us informed of everything that would be happening every step of the way. I had serious issues with a contractor that walked out on an exterior remodeling job that was partially done and contacted Crown Exteriors to see if they could finish the job. They fit me into their schedule and the friendly office staff kept me apprised of everything related to my project. The materials and workmanship were of high quality and even impressed the county inspector who also said that the house had very good 'curb appeal'. I would definitely recommend Crown Exteriors.

I had the pleasure of working with Crown Exteriors over the course of a few years on various projects for our home. We chose Crown over other companies b/c of their outstanding customer reviews & also due to a great experience w/ Chad from Crown at our initial consultation and the short turnaround timeframe in which we received our estimate back from them. One of the main projects they completed for us was new James Hardie siding for our home. From the estimate, communications, project management, customer service, everything was top-notch. The crew was professional, courteous, & very efficient. Ruben did an excellent job at finding creative solutions for areas of our home that needed updating. Tricia & Deb were great with keeping me up to date throughout the entire project. Most of my interaction throughout all of our projects was with Deb, the office manager. Deb is an absolute All-Star, no question about it. She consistently went above and beyond with her customer service, kindness, attention to detail, promptness, the list goes on…. She is such a gem & amazing at what she does. All that to say, Crown really worked with me extensively on bringing the vision for our home to fruition & for that I am extremely pleased & grateful. With what I have seen and experienced in working with them, they are a company with a lot of integrity, excellent customer service, and quality workmanship. All of which are extremely hard to find within a company in today’s world. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found them to complete these projects on our home and would recommend them over and over again!

Our house was just finished this week and we couldn’t be more pleased. We had hardie board installed with new soffits, gutters and facia boards. The quality is exceptional and the working team is so professional. Definitely would recommend!

I'm a super detailed person, maybe even picky. I had a unique situation where I was working with James Hardie directly on material from a warranty claim. Chad came out twice and I traded many emails and phone calls with Deb and Tricia. Ruben was the project lead and super helpful and informative on every step. The install team removed all the Hardie from my home (3,900 sq./ft.). They wrapped the entire home in new Hardie house wrap and installed new trim boards and all new Hardie plank. The detail and time they spent on my home was great and very much appreciated by me. They obtained my permit, dumpster and portable bathroom for the installers. My town requires inspection on house wrap and final. Passed both with flying colors. The price was extremely fair and all pricing was detailed out in Chad's quote.

We originally got a quote for paint from Crown back in November. Chad was great as he came out and gave us some amazing ideas to improve the look of our home, such as adding bead board to the ceiling of our porch. We hadn't even thought of that! What a professional experience! The office did an amazing job keeping up updated on everything. We were so impressed that even the office team, Tricia and Deb cared about all of the details. Who does that today??? When we did have questions or small concerns, we contacted the office and they called back promptly with a solution. Ruben was the lead for the paint and carpentry and the work is stunning! This was a great experience and if you are looking to hire someone to pant and honestly care about the job they are doing?? My fiancé and I were recommended to Crown Exteriors, and we are very happy with the job they did. We moved into our new home and found out the previous owners had taped up and painted over problem areas of the gutters. After the winter storm, the gutters were falling off the house. I called to check on our order status, and Deb was able to put in a rush order; our gutters were done the next day. The team was very speedy. I left for a little over an hour, and they were already done when I got back. Overall, fantastic work. I will be working with them again when I need something else done!

We got a new roof and gutters done over the last week by Crown Exteriors and we couldn't be happier with the job they did and the wonderful service they provided. We needed to have a small piece of siding replaced after having a stamped patio added to our backyard. The Crown Exteriors crew did a fantastic job and also added some weather strips along the steps and siding.

Great company that goes above and beyond! Rueben installed a window shutter that had blown off our house, but in the process he noticed another shutter that was loose and tightened that one as well. They were always in touch with me from when the product was ordered to final install. Professional and great quality!

Crown replaced a portion of our siding that had degraded as well as installing larger gutters and downspouts to alleviate the problems that came with heavy rains, melting snow in the winter, and leaf blockage. The workers who came to do the job were super. We're so pleased with the results. We'll certainly contact Crown for other work and I have already recommended them to others.

Crown Exteriors replaced our old cedar siding with Hardie Board and we love the results. Chad the owner along with his office team and project lead Rubin were all amazing to work with. Chad and the entire Crown team was wonderful to work with. Chad did the estimate and gave us many great suggestions and for a refreshing change, was honest about what what was needed and how the work was to be done. The office team of Deb and Tricia kept us informed of every step on the material ordering to delivery. They even called us when the workers were going to be late. Ruben and his team of workers were professional, careful of the landscaping and did exceptional work. They did every part of the project how the manufacturer recommended with quality craftsmanship. They replaced 34 square of siding and trim, the gutters and downspouts and nine windows on the 2nd story. They started everyday at 8:00 and worked sometimes to 6:00 PM. We were totally surprised when they even came on Saturdays. The transformation of our home from dull to WOW was exceptional. The pricing was very competitive and reasonable.

Crown Exteriors has been great to work with since day one. From coming out and getting a quote to the actual installation. They came out and installed my gutters and gutter guards and they look absolutely amazing! I was very happy with how quickly they got it done. They even had a truck break down and were able to get out in a very timely fashion to get them installed all in one day. I will definitely be using them again for future installs.

You can get roofing, siding, gutters, or windows from just about any run-of-the-mill Joe who calls himself a contractor. Heck, you can even go to Home Depot or Menards and buy them yourself if you want to save a few bucks. But finding a quality contractor with an expert support team and A++ customer service is like finding a needle in a haystack. From their constant communication keeping you abreast of what’s going on, to never handing you the final bill until you’re completely satisfied is a breath of fresh air these days. I had them out to fix the issues the last contractor screwed up and Chad backed his work with a 10 warranty. If he’s willing to backup their quality work and I’m completely satisfied with the finished product, then I’m willing to put my name and reputation behind Crown Exteriors as well! I own a building in Genoa and needed a estimate on a siding job. I wanted to stay local as this job is part of the Main Street renovation program. After 3 calls was never contacted by anyone from this business.It sounds from other reviews they do decent work but I was very disappointed that they did not contact me . Turns out I got another quote from a siding company and its a $10,000.00 job.So much for staying local!

We’ve worked with Crown several times and have had good experience, so after recent storm roof damage we called them right away! The cost was very competitive and Chad is very knowledgeable and helpful. The job was done on time and on budget, and we couldn’t be happier. The office staff is super, the workers were very contentious, and everything was cleaned up completely! One more thing, our insurance company said Crown has an excellent reputation. We’re very happy with our decision to use them.

We had a job that needed to be completed in a hurry because of stairs being installed. I had used Crown Exteriors in the past so I called on them again. Everyone from Jen in the office to installer was nothing but professional and they were able to push us in with short notice. The cedar they replaced is perfect you can't even tell where it was replaced. The price was fair and they were in and out and kept the area clean. I would highly recommend this company.

Chad and his project team provided professional expertise in our cedar siding consultation. He was honest, fair, and dedicated to our cedar siding maintenance. We had boards replaced, new coat of fresh paint, gutters, and he was able to match our garage door trim with the window trim, and removed the gothic arches, and replaced our wooden front door pole. We absolutely love driving up to our home, it puts a smile on our face. Chad is coming back this year May 2019 to replace a few boards because of our outdoor patio area changes. I recently had Crown Exteriors install shutters on my house. They did a great job and I highly recommend. I wanted something better than the cheap plastic shutters that originally came with the house without paying for expensive wood shutters. Chad made a recommendation on a specific manufacturer and glad that I took his advice. They look terrific!

I had Crown replace several of our gutters and I was completely satisfied with their work and professionalism. The gutter guards also work quite well. I've been so satisfied that I have already recommended them to friends and family members.

Crown Exteriors repaired damage from a wind storm, replacing downspouts and outside corners from which the old downspouts had been ripped. They did the work at a reasonable price, and even noticed a couple other problems on the siding and door frame and repaired those. Staff was very friendly and thorough. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to make repairs or replace their siding.
