Cannot praise this company enough! I had an ice dam issue in January, and they were at my townhome extremely fast! Drew and Corey have been a fresh breath of air to work with during the demolition phase of my claim. I can tell they truly care about me, my home, and my cats. It's very convenient that they handle the details with your insurance company too. I use State Farm, and they were thrilled to know I was working with Crossroads. It's clear that they are a very reputable and trustworthy company.

This is the second time I have had an issue at my property. Both were water claims which required mitigation and rebuilding/replacement of drywall, flooring, painting and cabinets. I was pleased with Crossroads Property Rescue the first time and didn’t hesitate to call them again. This time I had an even better experience. The team showed up promptly within a day of me calling. They were quick to get to work and quick to finish. Throughout the whole process, I was kept apprised of when they were on the property what they were doing, and when they estimated to be finished. The quality of work was very good. I have no issues with that. Wes, who was one of the workers went over above to make sure that I was informed of what was going on. Also, they cleaned up their work area. They cleaned my garage. They cleaned from behind my appliances when I didn’t even ask them to do that. Without hesitation, I would recommend this company to anyone.

I strongly recommend Crossroads Property Rescue. They were recommended to me, and I am delighted with their services. I went with them for restoration work after some water damage, and was so pleased with their services that I decided to engage them for repair work as well. Jason St Ours and Dustin were top notch professionals! They reached out consistently to provide progress updates, educated me on the repair process & options, and completed the work in a timely fashion.

Our property looks brand new, and this is a testament to the skill of the employees working here. I have to also give a special shout out to Allison & Julia from the home office. They are thorough professionals and know how to manage customer happiness :). Restoration and repair work is stressful, but Crossroads made it easy. Two thumbs up all the way!

Our home was damaged due to a hot water tank rupturing and destroying all of our hardwood floor. We immediately called Crossroads and their mitigation team promptly arrived and began the cleanup and taking up of the floor. Joel, Justin and Drew were the mitigation crew and they did a fantastic job. We met several times with Jayson and Bobby who helped us immensely in making plans to restore our house. They were very knowledgeable and provided us with everything we needed. Once the actual construction started we were very lucky to have Wes and Shaun do the work. Both of these men are very skilled and meticulous in their work. They repaired a damaged wall, replaced damaged insulation, installed a beautiful floor as well as all the trim and painting that completed the job. I can’t over emphasize the terrific job that they did and thank them enough. Everyone at Crossroads was so easy to work with and so knowledgeable about our needs and what would be needed to repair our home. I would definitely recommend Crossroads to anyone in need of restoration of your home.

I highly recommend Crossroads Property Rescue to anyone looking for a fast, honest and reliable restoration contractor. Jim listened to and addressed all of my worries setting my mind at ease. I knew I was in good hands when I met Jason and his team Wes and Shaun. Jason was always professional, courteous and friendly. Kevin with Red Bird Construction was able to save my carpet making it look brand new again. This team went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. It was a pleasure working with this company.

I had a sanitary line backup in our basement with sewage flooding the laundry room and half bath and coming into our hallway. I called Crossroads as I had familiarity with them from my work and once the insurance basics were out of the way, they were very responsive and quick. The mitigations crews arrived with Sawyer as the lead and the whole time he was very professional and helpful with any questions I may have had. The mitigation was a bit extensive in that they had to do flood cuts in the bathroom, hallway, and part of the laundry room. Once the mitigation was complete, an estimator arrived to come up with the repair estimate. While on site, our unfinished basement came up in conversation (unfinished drywall, bare concrete floor, an exposed steel i-beam to support upstairs), along with the "normal" repairs that they'd have to do to return our location to preexisting conditions. We agreed on a fair price and the repair crews were on site within a day of signing the agreement to not only repair the disaster but help us get our basement to a very usable form/level. Wes and Shaun were exceptional and after being on site for a week or two, the trust was there that they'd take care of the issues and our home. The obviously took pride in their work and made sure that they were doing their best given the circumstances. Our location had a moisture problem and repairs were a little delayed in that they needed to bring in a large dehumidifier, but after it was set up, the guys were punctual, happy, and would explain things in easy-to-understand terms. Work included repairing the flood cuts in the drywall, preparing the existing unfinished drywall to be paint ready (sand, mud, tape, few repairs as necessary), and install LVP. Once the drywall was complete and after the flooring was mapped out, they had the floor done within two days and it looks great. We are VERY satisfied with Crossroads but only because of the care their employees took to put us back to whole. I really appreciated their time here even though it was under less than desirable circumstances.

I had Crossroads repair a section of vinyl siding (cost almost $1000) about two years ago. In the last month a section of that side ripped away from the house is a strong wind. I asked if they would repair that section, was willing to pay again, but they refused to do the repair. It wasn't big enough for them to send someone to fix. Now I have scramble to find someone that will do a job that Crossroads did once and refuses to do again. Be sure that you have a "big" job, or else don't bother calling them.

I haven’t had any first hand experience with any type of loss but I do know that the community at crossroads is so loving and caring. John and Allison are the sweetest people you’d ever meet. And all of the staff there are hard working and have so much effort and hard work to give ❤️

We were very impressed by Crossroads through the entire clean up and restoration process. They were prompt and very professional. When minor mistakes were made or problems arose, they were quickly corrected and addressed. This was especially true of Kayla and the put back/restoration crew. Their work didn’t just get things back the way they were but improved them. We highly recommend Crossroads for clean up and restoration work.

We used Crossroads for both mitigation and restoration after the leak in our kitchen. Working with Aaron from mitigation and Kayla from restoration was a pleasant experience: Aaron was very helpful with advice and patient with my numerous questions. The guys came quickly to start the process.
Kayla was diligent and worked tirelessly making sure the customers were happy with the final product. I had a great experience working with her for weeks, would recommend her highly. Overall I had a positive experience working with Crossroads.

Every room in my finished basement (including the garage) was affected by a sewage backup caused by a clogged/collapsed sewer main. They quickly took care of everything to get my house safe and sanitary. Crossroads Property Rescue is the only company I will use in the future if disaster strikes again. Absolutely the best! They are quick responders who are compassionate, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and a joy to be around. A special thanks to Jim, Joshua, Cody, Joey, Justin, and Kaden. When we had a pipe bust in our kitchen and our house flooded in the middle of the night, Crossroads Property Rescue was the first company I thought of. They literally came and saved the day. I was in a panic and crying, and all of the guys were so calming to me. They made a very stressful situation 1000 times better. A lot of our house had to be torn out, which took weeks, but they were all wonderful every single step of the way. Cody and Joey were our daily guys, and Josh their project manager, and these guys have been amazing and are now like family. Jim was my initial contact and was so nice and calming. Kaden, Justin, Sawyer, Ian, and Jason also helped out occasionally and those guys were also all fantastic. I cannot say enough nice things or recommend these guys enough!

They were very fast to respond and did excellent and quick work. Josh and Jason were very helpful and kept us informed about everything through the whole process. We have used them twice (2 separate incidents) and they were phenomenal both times. Cannot recommend them enough.

I called Crossroads early in the morning and they came with in an hour w their whole team!!! They kept us informed what was going on day to day!!! They worked on our building for 3 weeks non stop!! They were awesome!!! I highly recommend!!!!

Do yourself a favor and use Crossroads. I've been blown away by the work ethic, honesty, and integrity I've experienced while working with the company. This field is not in the best shape—lots of dishonesty and people don't trust tradesmen. Crossroads breaks that mold, no pun intended.

Crossroads came out the same day and started mitigation. They worked well with my elderly parents and were courteous and polite. Wes and Mike from restoration were fast and also very nice and helpful with my parents.

Super friendly and helpful. These folks came to my house to tear out the plaster ceiling that was damaged from a water line busting. They do it all, from beginning to end! Make the process very simple and keep you in the loop explaining everything the whole time.

We found our home full of water after the supply came unconnected from the toilet while out of town. We didn’t know where to start, but Crossroads arrived with a plan and got to work right away. We had a lot of questions and concerns. They took as much time as needed to answer all our questions. It is easy to get overwhelmed when your home is unrecognizable, but we felt fortunate that Crossroad had our back.

They left a message in this review to contact them, I called and left a message with the secretary and she said she would have someone call me back, No one ever did.

Use another company for your water damage needs. anyone but this place..
If anyone asks I will tell them to go somewhere else, I've already told a few and they went elsewhere..

When they were told about the issues they sent the guys that actually did the work to look at it, Of course they said nothing was wrong. Why wouldn't you send an actual company guy and no the contractor. When they did the estimate it was an actual crossroads guy.

The walls in the bathroom are cracking. Probably because the floor is starting to sag..

Cracks in bathroom and sagging floors are getting worse.
The Drain they installed around the foundation doesn't work at all. Water is still getting into crawlspace.

The parts that they Jacked up and supported with the wood supports like in the pictures has began to sink again.

Purchased a property where they fixed the floor that had sagged over the years. Started checking things and the wall between the 2 bedrooms is not level, its out over an inch from top to bottom. I have a copy of the estimate they gave the previous owner. and they did not do a lot of the things listed on there but charged them the whole price. Like they were supposed to jack up the floor in a couple rooms and it looks like they were supposed to use concrete piles to support it, but they just used pieces of wood nailed together which are sitting on the ground not on blocks or concrete. And that vapor barrier is just laying on the ground and not attached around the edges so I'm not sure if its really doing anything. Other things are wrong also but I'm not going to put them all here.

Wonderful restoration experience! The entire staff was quick to respond, kind, Informative, and the work was excellent. Although I hope I never need restoration services again, if I do, I won’t hesitate to use Crossroads! 10/10 recommend!!!

Would not recommend. Unprofessional. My experience with this company was very poor. I needed an estimate for my insurance company. The owner personally emailed after several days of not keeping his appointment time to let me know he was only doing estimates for those who needed immediate assistance(meaning) he only choose to do estimates for customers that would be using them regardless of estimate price. This was my own personal experience. I was not going to hire a company to begin working on my property, without knowing how much they were charging or if my insurance company would cover everything.

In his response below you can see just how he treats customers he said it for himself if he feels you will not be using him they simply do not come out even though they advertise estimates and charge for them as well. That is my point PERIOD. CrossRoads should not be presumptive about what their customers do with THEIR money. They should only worry about the job they were hired for and that was to do an Estimate.

They truly are water, fire, mold, water, and biohazard superheroes! Top notch, fast and thorough, they will restore your disaster-struck situation back to normal in short and professional order! If the the unfortunate situation were to befall you or your property, Crossroads is the company to call!

Crossroads Property Rescue came to our rescue when t he french drains in the back of our house failed and we had water coming into the basement. They had the right equipment to dry out the basement, located the source of the water, and provided us with solutions to cure the problem. What was most important to me was knowing that we could trust Crossroads to help us take care of our most valued possession---our home!
