CREW, along with Visions design did a home remodel project for us last fall and even when I made a pretty major change half way through the project, they rolled with it and I LOVE the end result! (I sit in my dreamy sunroom with my coffee every single morning!)

There was a slight mishap with our kitchen cabinetry and you know what? They acknowledged it, fixed it, and their vendor went ABOVE AND BEYOND to see that we were more than happy with the end result. We utilized Crew to prepare our deck for installation of automatic outdoor (Budget Blinds) shades. Our primary (Crew) contacts were Jael and Brandon. Both delivered exceptional customer service and reliable timeline commitments.

Jael provided transparent itemized quotes and responded immediately to our sometimes last minute changes. We always understood the cost of each phase of project before the it started.

Brandon met with the workers at our home at the start of each phase to ensure everyone was on the same page. He routinely checked in with us until the project was completed. We had complete confidence every step of the way.

Our project included 3 stages including construction, electrical, and staining/painting. Each team was meticulous in their work and clean up.

Had a pipe burst in my basement, Crew helped to minimize the loss of property. They were also able to repair the pipe, and a section of sheet rock very quickly so that I could use my basement again. Give them a call!

I had a water softener that leaked causing a large amount of water in our basement. Brandon and his team were at our house within 20 minutes of calling. Bryson and Tyler made sure to take care of all of the mess and kept us informed during the whole process.

D came in for a final cleanup on one of our massive remodels. She did amazing work with getting rid of all the drywall dust!

We had a big water loss from our dishwasher. Crew did an amazing job from start to finish. D stopped by after everything was said and done for a final clean. She was so sweet to work with and helped answer my personal cleaning questions. I would highly recommend using Crew construction

We had a part on our dishwasher break and flood our entire kitchen causing damage to not only the kitchen but the space beneath the kitchen. CREW was quick to come out and help clean this up and then did an awesome job with restoring the damaged space! Everyone has been wonderful to work with but special shout out to Brandon and Sophie! They were speedy with replies, answered all of my questions, and are genuinely just some of the kindest people. They definitely made this tough situation much better and I greatly appreciate all their help! Would absolutely recommend this company to others!

As a plumbing contractor, I have worked with a lot of contractors. CREW is always fast, efficient, and their work is excellent. It is always a smooth transition to work with CREW during and after a plumbing emergency. There is no one better in Sioux Falls!

Overall, we have had a great experience with CREW leading the charge to finish our basement. We had a few hiccups along the way, but every time we communicated a discrepancy they addressed the issue. Shout out to Vic and Brandy for taking care of us. One area of improvement would be better communication throughout the process among all parties: Crew, customer and subcontractors. We are excited to fill our new livable space and use it as something other than storage.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company and all the problems they will bring to your life. Also, discount any reviews that fail to describe the work done because I suspect they are false. They contracted to do exterior and interior work on my house and abandoned it in the middle of the work in the winter while my home was exposed to the elements. They use a software program to create estimates and then overcharge for any work done. They are very creative with mystery charges. The owner is rude and crude and full of excuses why they don't show up to work and when they do, they leave a mess. Some of their subcontractors have little experience so you have to be vigilant about checking their work.

Usually when a contractor has one or two dissatisfied clients they remember them well. When there are so many you can't remember which one it was, it says a lot about their work.

TLDR: Crew was awesome. And treated me well. They did a super nice job! I'd definitely hire them again!
Long story: I called several companies and not a single one actually got back to me with an estimate for well over a week, if they even got back to me at all. Crew was able to get me moving right away. I work overnights so my schedule is a little crazy. They worked around my schedule without a problem, which is rare. Some issues arose with the work but to my surprise they listened to every concern I had and fixed it right away. No questions asked. They went above and beyond. I even had a little "emergency" that wasn't connected to my job that they helped me out with, again, no questions asked. Brandon was my project manager and I cannot say enough good words about him. He was on top of everything and was the one who was there to listen to all of my questions, comments, concerns, everything. Brandon definitely truly cares about his job and most importantly, his customers. And there needs to be a shout out to a few key techs also. Dylan, Sy, Eric, Kaitlynn, and Cole. They all really, truly encompass "teamwork makes the dream work".

The worst company ever. Had fire damage to my home when they came in they said it would be a 6-month process that they strung out to over two years. My ceilings had to be redone poor sheet rocking. My siding had to be done incompetent deciding. The shingles had to be redone because they chose a different color shingle than what was already on the house so it did not match the good portion of the house. The exterior doors had to be rehung because they were done poorly the first time. The windows had to be fixed twice because there was no insulation around the windows, and there was Daylight going for inside outside which crew tried to explain as being normal and plugged it up with newspaper the first time. When they finish the job I was left with no warranty.

Horrible company to do business with. I have waited over a year for a warranty issue on a house I bought from them to be fixed. I contacted them in the summer of 2023 and no work was done until spring 2024. The work that was done has only made the flooding issues in my house worse. I have experienced a pattern of being passed around to project managers and never hearing back. They have been out to my house multiple times and each time the problem is never solved and they leave construction materials I have had to pay to dispose of multiple times. I would steer clear based on my experience. You would think these were before photos but these are the after photos where they told me my flooding issues are fixed. It's graded so poorly I can't run my sprinklers that they installed.with the house and my neighbors running the sprinklers causes my yard to flood. I'm surprised my dogs have not gotten sick from the toxic algae that is growing back there. It's been over 1 month since the last project manager was fired/quit and when I went into the office I was told I would be contacted shortly. But here I am waiting and wet 1 month later.

Update: They replied thanking me for letting them get it resolved but they never did. A lot of the damage shown in the pictures was from the "in house" repairs they performed. If they truly wanted to make it right they could reimburse me for the $5200 I paid out of pocket for another company to fix my yard.

The Faucet on my sink exploded in the night while I slept. I woke up to a few inches of water covering my floor. Brandon and his team came in and helped clean everything up and I am very greatful for all the help.

This complex project encountered numerous unexpected challenges, but Travis remained confident in his ability to complete the job. The project timeline was well-managed, which was crucial given the clinic's proximity to the hotel. Travis successfully completed the job, impressing many along the way. Going forward, my business will go to CREW. I had nothing but the best service. I talked to a crew member “Victor” and he was very courteous and set me and my family’s mind at ease. He is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done and was able to answer all of our questions. Crew will now be our go to for emergencies.

Get a written quote before agreeing to service.

To make a long story short - I was quoted $730 for services, but I was billed for $2,053.62. The reasoning for the large difference was “industry standard fees” and “overhead costs”. If they are standard and known, why were they not disclosed prior to accepting services? Crew did lower the bill to $1,500, but that is still double the estimated price. I felt very taken advantage of by this company.

We experienced significant rainfall in June, which subsequently led to water damage at one of our rental properties. Zach W. was outstanding! He was immediately on the ball after I contacted him and had crew members on site at 8 am Monday morning. I am extremely impressed with the quality of service he was able to provide. Will be using crew in the future.

I like crew because they're experts at mitigation and ensuring my clients get full value on homeowners claims. Additionally, you can trust Zach Wiseman and the CREW to do a professional job.

Have worked with Crew on a number of occasions, Zach, Bob, Kyle have always been punctual and prompt about my questions and concerns. In regard to my basement rebuild after a water leak they restored it to its former glory while helping me deal with State Farm.

Beware of hiring this company! They do not do their billing correctly! Another company in town that provides the exact same type of services was shocked when we asked their opinion of our bill from Crew because we thought it was very high and also strange there was not a breakdown of charges. She said she would be livid because of the price we were charged for the small amount of work we had done and because Crew’s invoice was not at all how things are suppose to be done. She said they should be giving itemized bills, that this should be standard practice. In order to possibly get any coverage from insurance, you need an itemized bill.
When we spoke to Victor at Crew about our concerns and also let him know the plumber he referred us to was unfriendly and not helpful at all, his response was “well I didn’t hold a gun to your head.” What a professional way to speak to a customer!
Ultimately we said we needed an itemized bill before we would pay since that is standard practice. That never came. Then they contacted via email asking for payment. We once again requested an itemized bill and got no response.
If they charged us fairly and correctly and it all was done on the up and up, what is the issue with providing an itemized bill?? HUGE RED FLAG!
In the end we paid the bill because we wanted to be rid of these scammers. Lesson learned for us to do research and read reviews before hiring because we now see all the other reviews on here from people who dealt with the same billing issues with Crew, who is clearly out to take advantage of customers.

Called to get my name in the list for crew to come out after the flood. The receptionist told me they would be out in a few days and they would text me when they’re on their way. My name was one of the first ones. I have called three different times to see when they could come out. After two weeks of dragging this out I finally got ahold of the receptionist today, she informed me they were not coming to my town. If this was the case, she could have called and let me know that, instead of waiting two weeks for them to come out. Because of the poor communication, I will NEVER use this company again!!

Excellent communication, works with your insurance company, amazing work, incredibly fast. We will definitely recommend and use their services for any future projects we have.

Had employees Tail gate me on 41st st. For 6-7 blocks. (Truck #7) than speed past mind you im going 41mph in a 35 mph. He than me to cut me off hits his breaks and immediately turn right. Renovating an 100+ year old house is quite a difficult task. CREW came in blind to what was behind years of change and cosmetics. Jake, my coordinator analyzed and brought in professional contractors to break it down. We ended up with the original floor plan with a new contemporary interior. We could not be happier!!

Crew Construction responded almost immediately to my emergency! They started the project almost immediately after the initial assessment. Jake from Crew was amazing! He provided great communication regarding the whole process and kept the workers progressing. Unfortunately, the weather stalled the project at times but that is no one's fault. The project was completed and done well.

Lots of companies aren’t worth talking to, but this one was GREAT!! Jael was amazing! Total class act, helped us to get all the work done and even went to bay for us with the insurance company since they didn’t factor in all the costs. We went with Crew because of Jael!

Hmmm...clue1: it took you a year to respond. Clue2: you gave us an estimate BEFORE you even knew what we wanted. You gave the estimate, then handed us a book to pick out what we wanted. Clue3: you ghosted us when we asked for more information. TOTALLY unreputable behaviors! I would not do business with you if you were the last place on earth.
