A family member was changing home insurance and needed a roof inspection done. We hoped it would be completed soon so as to meet the timeline of a different home insurance and filing a claim, if needed, prior to the insurance change. An inspector from Crestone was out within 48 hours and provided exceptional service and expert documentation. No new roof was needed and the inspection gave us confidence moving forward with new insurance.
