We had Crest Construction , owner Sean McDowell at our home again recently doing several more projects.

He is honest, reliable, hard-working, reasonably priced.

He brought a crew with him this time who is also hard-working, happy, and always kept the job site clean. In fact when they all left, they cleaned up so well, one would not even know it had been a construction site!

We would highly recommend calling Sean for any projects you need done around your home. Inside or outside!

Crest construction is a very reliable construction company, with a fair price. They used on my deck, the highest quality of materials, cleaned up after every day cleaned up after the job, showed up when they said they were going to show up and got the job done in a timely matter. I will definitely will use them on my next job for my house.

Well I can’t say enough about this Company. They came to my rescue. I had bought a 72” x 36” all mirror medicine cabinet. I could not find anyone to put it up because they worked solo. I called Sean and he and his crew put it up for me in an hour. I also asked if he could hang up a Murano glass chandelier for me on a 40’ ceiling. Not only did they hang it up for me but also put the chandelier together which was at least 60 pcs of fragile glass. These guys are experienced, professional and great to get along with!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Sean is a craftsman. The work that he did for our Florida condo was so outstanding (flooring, tile work, finish carpentry including design) that when I needed work done in my Georgia home, 400 miles away, I wanted him to come do it, so he and his guys demoed a master bath and put it back together, doing a masterful job. He is meticulous and will accept only what’s his best effort.

Sean and his crew can do it all and they do excellent work. He recently converted a closet into an awesome bunk room for my grandkids. He is dependable, hardworking and takes pride in his work. I have seen several of his other projects, including a total remodel, that were spectacular. I would highly recommend him!

Crest is an awesome contractor. We had board and batton installed over the stucco in our Lanai. We are very particular, know what we want, and know if it is done properly. Sean listened to what we wanted, priced the job fairly, and performed the task very professionally. They were on site when scheduled, protected the work area, and did a great job cleaning up daily. We will absolutely be calling Crest again for our future jobs.

earned a “5 Star” rating for the work completed at my Flagler Beach condo. Sean was recommended to me by the owner of a Plastering Company, who told me that Sean is the only contractor he would allow to work in his home. I totally agree! Sean is hard working and honest and his attention to detail is superb. I would suggest getting a quote from him before you choose a contractor.

After hurricane damage caused by Ian in the fall of 2023, Sean managed the repairs and restoration of my vacation property in Ponce Inlet. He came with high recommendation from others in my condo association. He is professional and respectful. He is very easy to work with. I'm so thankful for his expertise and attention to detail. He managed the entire project for me which was such a relief since I don't live in the area. I have a beautifully renovated condo and I am very grateful to Crest Residential Construction.
