Crest Exteriors

I live in an association and this company put a lien on my townhome because they are waiting for payment from the association. They put a lien on the association as well. I understand they want their money but I am paid in full. I was in the process of selling my townhome and had a buyer and.closing date. Unfortunately, title companies won't give a mortgage if a place has a lien. This is a financial burden for me because now I am forced to stay here until the association and this company figure it out. Yet, I AM PAID IN FULL! This is terrible.

We damaged our garage wall and they came out and gave us an estimate far more reasonable than anyone else! They were able to fit us in within days! Much better than the competition. Realistic and honest people with quality work! They didnt try to add in unnecessary work. I highly recommend!!

Crest did an amazing job at replacing our homes old white & poorly repaired railings. Scott, Matt & Brandon were great to work with. We are loving the updated look of our home.

Crest recently renovated the exterior of our house, replacing siding, windows, gutters, doors and paint. They handled it all in a timely manner and were easy and professional to work with. I highly recommend checking them out.

Had the triangle tub removed and replaced with a soaker tub.Tile around the tub area, new floor, and new chair height toilet. Beautiful work. Very organized and completed in a timely manner. Scott did an excellent job in coordinating the sub contractors. Crew very friendly to work with.

Crest Exteriors took a very challenging renovation project and did top notch work, exceeding my own expectations. It was a comprehensive tear down and rebuild of a back deck and a four seasons room below that resulted in a durable, sturdy and attractive finished product. They took the time to do it right. Highly recommend!

Crest exteriors recently replaced my roof of approximately 2000 sq ft. I observed efficiency and timely installation using modern equipment, including crane lift on a truck . The foreman on the job was easy to speak with And answered all my questions. My yard was spotless after I left And the roof looks very nice. I would definitely recommend them for a roof replacement

They do quality work and are very professional! I had both roofing and siding done. Wonderful work and a very friendly group of workers!

Just recently had are roofs done at are Townhouse Development, Crest did an outstanding job of posting start dates and times on the garages and the association sending out a mass email. Of course there's going to be nails, how cant there be, Crest was on top of it following the completion of the project making sure things were picked up and any repairs needed where done.

It was nice of them to put the wrong date on the notice that they were going to be working on our roof. Showed up a day early the wife and I work overnight shifts and have high stress jobs that require high attention to detail in which if
mistakes are made people will die. Spoke to the project manager who just randomly decided to start a day early with no notifications. Said he knocked on my door which he didn't because if he did my dogs would have lost their minds. They started roofing and hurling shingles off of the house with our cars parked in the driveway. Completely unacceptable customer service. It's extremely windy today nails are blowing all over the road. So expect a bill if I picked up a couple
nails in my tires. **********************************************
Update 4-27-24
Update about a week has gone by every single one of the neighbors in my neighborhood is frustrated due to the amount of nails we have found laying in the street. The project manager denies they are there but every single neighbor that had their roofs done have loose nails laying on their roofs which have now blown off and are in the yards. I spoke with one neighbor who showed me the hand full of nails that he pulled from his yard. Can't wait for the nails to go flying at mach Jesus through my siding and vehicles when they start mowing the lawns in a few weeks. See attached photos with your own eyes. I pulled the handful of nails out of the street. Negligence is not a good business practice. If I could give this company a zero star I would. These clowns have no idea what their doing.

Unfortunately our HOA chose them which they will probably will not doing again in the future. If you're going to send a ridiculous 5k bill to send to our insurance, pick up your nails so I'd not have to worry about pulling them out of my feet or tires or having one of our dogs swallow one. 5 stars in Negligence 5 stars in irresponsibility.

On another note some of our neighbors get 5 gallon water jugs delivered to their houses which one of them went missing the day the roofers showed up and one was found down the block with the cap ripped off completely empty and we saw roofers drinking out of it. Excellent job guys.

Crest put in LP siding on the front of our house and did a great job. Overall high quality work and I would definitely recommend them.

Crest Exteriors arrived to fix the mess another contractor made. The first day they had the roof removed and put back together the right way along with closing the huge holes in the side of my house the previous contractor made. Within days, the outside of my home was done and looking great. Then they did a wonderful job of restoring the inside. Every member of their team was fast, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable about their portion of the project. They took the time to answer all my questions. I won't hesitate to call them again for any of my home construction projects.

Ryan was super professional. Had two salon suits built out and they were fast, clean and easy to work with, again thank you guys so much!

I was very impressed with Crest Exteriors from start to finish. Very professional and great customer service. Definitely a great company to work with and honest!
