I have lived in my house for almost 32 years. Mike, the owner, is one the most honest person I have ever known. He had put at least 2 full roofs and additional roofs on my shed. He has replaced damaged wood underneath, repaired the facia wood that was breaking down and fixed things I did not realize were going down hill. He and his staff are amazing, friendly and very professional. I have referred him to family, friends, neighbors and my staff. I have moved recently but when I need a new roof he will be the only one I call!

Mike and Creative Roofing team were amazing. They were honest and upfront about the work that needed to be done and pricing. They had helpful and respectful communication in all regards. Creative did an awesome job on our roof. It was good to see them do such a quality job like replacing some underlayment when they probably could have got by without that. I have used Creative Roofing on several occasions. They applied a foam roof over my existing built-up roof over 17 years ago...and then a 're-coat' about 4 years ago. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the application and attention to detail.
I know 'flat' roofs can be troublesome without the proper slope to drain and adequate mil thickness, proper installation, and insulation. Mike with Creative Roofing is professional, easy to communiate with, responsive and knowledgable.

Creative Roofing Systems did a GREAT job for me. My roof needed underlayment replaced. The roof is effectively brand new now that they have completd all the schedule work in record time (2-3 working days). Curtis Boldman is one of the owners and he was easy to contact, friendly, professional, and always went beyond what he said the company would do. Creative Roofing was also friendly on the wallet. The intial deal was sealed when they provided a long term warranty to their work. I live in Glendale Az., and so far Creative Roofing is the best local business I have delt with in the last 5 years. I am giving them 5 of 5 starts. If there were 100 stars I would give them 110 stars. The level of work they do is fantastic - with a smile.

I highly recommend Creative Roofing Systems. Curtis was professional, responsive, fair, and honest. He did not try to sell me a new roof like other companies did. It was nice to have a roofer come out to assess the damage and not a salesperson. He answered all my questions, and the work was even done ahead of schedule. The crew cleaned up each day and left my home the same way they found it. The thing that sets Curtis apart is his commitment to customer service. There was an area on the house that needed some touch up paint because of something they had to remove. Curtis went to Home Depot, matched my paint color, and came back out the next area to paint that area. Now that is customer service!

Got several quotes 2 years ago for a new roof ranging from 12 to 30 grand. Curtis came in couple grand cheaper, but told me the roof was still mostly good and "had a little bit of life left" so I decided to wait. I called him back this year to get it done and the price had only gone up $600 which is not much considering how bad inflation has been these last 2 years. They are busy and run a few install teams so Curtis is busy and communication isn't always very fast, but they still got me on the schedule 7 days after I got the quote and it only took 4 and half days to do the new roof. Curtis is honest, low pressure, and offers a bargain.

Curtis does not return timely phone calls and follow up- their workmanship has Left us with over 2k in damage to kitchen cabinets, backsplash and garage after last storm. We are now going through our insurance Co and filing a claim with ROC. Thanks Curtis! Will not ever recommend and will be blowing up bad review all over social media.

Mike and Curtis were very friendly and helpful. Curtis helped get a small repair completed quickly and at a fair cost. He even came back a second day because I had the wrong color paint. The work looks very professional, clean and neat. He accomplished exactly what I needed, and didn’t require constant supervision. Glad to have found this company and will use when I need more work.
